The truth needs no further emphasis because this guy just too selfish as he speaks about himself with no regard of others. CCM refused to pay Tundu Lissu hospitalisation bills and disqualified him as MP citing idiotic reasons. At the end, shujaa wa Afrika threatened "ubaya ubaya tu". So how does he attempt to paint CCM evil [emoji48] as good? Since when has righteousness has league with wickedness of which CCM is?

Because Lazaru Nyalandu is auditioning himself to his new suitors in CCM he reads no evil with CCM but strenuously repositioning himself to take a second bite of our resources.

The CCM bread [emoji506] he may eat but he is unprincipled man and he will always be lightly esteemed.

Lazaru Nyalandu only reason to join the opposition was when he saw his path to presidency in 2025 via CCM endorsement was hindered by a ministerial appointment snub. He picked CCM human rights abuses to garland himself with a principled man attire as a reason to forsake CCM which he just rejoined for the purposes and intents to secure a piece of CCM loaf. At that time, Nyalandu cold calculated sacrificing parliamentary seat and other CCM titulars as he weighed in on winning the presidency from CDM was more financially rewarding, hence, worth the scattergun effort. But his gross miscalculation is overt now when "tamaa ya mzee fisi " ensured he gave up the parliamentary seat and other CCM perks for nothing. But everybody knows now he cares not for human rights except his own belly knowing CCM position on human rights remains stubbornly static today. So, Nyalandu has no reason to return to CCM based upon CCM record on human rights but caving in to his own personal interests...

Nyalandu reasoned in his cunning heart, since he was no longer in the cabinet lack of national visibility would cost him the presidency so he jumped CCM titanic ship in a hope of gunning down the presidency from a weakling opposition...

He plotted to emulate Lowassa CDM presidential stab but Lowassa had the deep pockets to oil any resistance to his 2015 presidential bid which Nyalandu did not have....Lowassa cash pushed even the vocal the then CDM secretary general Wilbard Slaa to CCM in opposition to Lowassa ascendancy... We still reminisce how Mbowe compromised ideology for a piece of bread when he shouted..."mimi ni nani hata nimkatae Lowassa ambaye anakuja na watu wengi..." Whoever said "money talks" knew what he was talking about...

And few in the opposition ranks consider Nyalandu a political heavyweight of "Mike Tyson" calibre to add value to their dwindling political fortunes after massive rigging...

So, Nyalandu has been strenuously waging a losing battle as in CCM he will neither advance his presidential wayward ambitions nor be getting a minister reinstatement...

In CCM he may get ambassadorial job like Dr. Slaa but they do not view him as presidential material even in 2030.

Putting on western suits may entice house breakers but anywhere else is simply asking and expecting too much... those western suits had in past helped him getting entertainment celebs to embroider him with "escort services" in a feint of promoting tourism in the [emoji631]....but we know hotelroom "steamy affairs" never promote tourism but guarantee self instant gratification which slake even amore of its slaves... drooling for more of the same until an arrow pierces their liver then they will know they have sold their lives for vanities....

So Nyalandu is looking for a job and CCM will soon not disappoint him....and he will reap what he has sown: seeds of self- serving..

But Nyalandu has very little added value because his murky past record humiliates him as his name kept creeping up in illegal hunting and "pay to play" in allocations of hunting blocks apart from extorting insane bootleg from parastatals under his watch....

Chronicling Lazaru Nyalandu political obituary leaves us with one conclusion about his public service mission statement which is to "eat" in the name of public service...

After massive rigging the next tactics were to put behind bars the opposition so that they may not go to courts to demand their right. After the time to challenge election results was over they quickly lost interest in cases because mission was accomplished.

This happens when you think you know while you know not....

As much as Lazaru Nyalandu talks about his desire for the doctrine of separation of powers of the three arms of government namely the judiciary, the executive and the Parliament there is nothing in the proposed "Katiba mpya" which he clamours for had made any attempt to safeguard those pillars of democracy. His biggest problem is to assume the proposed "katiba mpya" had resolved the weakened provisions of the doctrine of separation of powers. The gospel truth is the proposed "katiba mpya" has worsened the existing provisions of the doctrine of separation of powers.


Apart from positions of Chief Justice and chief secretary the rest of presidential appointments will not be subjected to the checks of Parliament.

Moreover, neither member of the bench nor of Parliament will be restrained from holding executive positions.

The appointment committee of the NEC will be headed by chief justice, Speakers of both Houses and their deputies, AGs from both sides of the union among others who are direct presidential appointees in one way or the other and are sponsored by the ruling party in our present circumstances is CCM.

If this is not bad enough the Chief Justice will head a bench which will be a final arbiter of presidential disputes which may include disputes questioning the integrity of the decisions of the NEC appointments Committee which he heads generating a hydra of conflicts of interest.

So clearly, Lazaru Nyalandu either has not read the proposed "Katiba mpya" or if he has he did not learn much of substance...
