With due respect, we need to know what is stopping him from tabling draft law to collect taxes from MPs' insane wages?
We scent insincerity at best and at worst hypocrisy.
Moreover, the issues goes beyond parliamentary taxes but killing a poor guy job, and not explaining why MPs should keep CDF which is not addressing the issues which overtaxes on mobile phone money aim to tackle?
Why pay MPs sitting allowances to do the job they were hired to do? Most MPs pick sitting allowances without being compelled to attend and the most notorious thieves in this aspect are the ministers and their deputies, the AG and a long list of inpatients and outpatients MPs. Nobody bother to verify attendance Registry before parting with the sitting allowances and it is double payment and hence an illegality.
Why MPs should ignore yearly the CAG reports and condone public theft and misappropriation of public funds? When will they purpose to cease from being a weak parliament and close the leakages behind a bankrupted government?
When will the MPs end overseas treatment which gobble now almost a trillion with the speaker of the House burning over Tshs 2 Bill after renting a whole floor to accommodate himself and cronies at our expense...for months [emoji848]!
Why the CCM parliament shields big companies from paying their fair share of taxes and relieve a smaller guy who is struggling with putting food on the table?
We know mwendazake took a big cut from the makinikia saga and his rant against western imperialism went quiet...because his side of appetite for kickbacks was taken care of...
When will the mining laws close loops for deliberate tax evasion?
