This is interesting. The purpose and intent of the creation of cryptocurrencies was to constrain the influence of the crapulous governments like ours to control our lives through taxation laws, rules and regulations. Now the same government under the dock is collating the evidence against herself rummaging upon the dints to get away with murder! Technology is bound to punish avaricious governments like ours which chokehold her people with transactional tax obligations condemning the helpless and perplexed citizens to a vicious cycle of perpetual penury. Cryptocurrency transactions will signigicantly malnourish the costs of doing business by dispatching into permanent unemployment the "third parties" who facilitate the transactions charging insane fees for their services, but of more significance the capability of governments to bleed her citizens white will be culled, as well. Sending and receiving money will not pass through banks or mobile phone wallets anymore where governments hold unlimited leverage to squeeze the last coin from her citizens except through apps supporting cryptocurrencies of which the once held in deference the so called the "long arm of the government" will be deemed in contempt as the "severed" arm of the government. No more the central governments awarding dubious contracts to alien firms to print and mint national fiats because the supply side will be dented by bearish demand for local hard cash to facilitate local transactions. No more excuses of seeking solace in owning national currencies under the ruses of nationalism sparked by xenophobia. No more "kodi ya Uzalendo" as if other taxes are not loyalty taxes. Punsters in the government have been busier coining such invidious names to justify and sooth overt robberies against their own people whom they had sworn to protect at all costs but the Almighty God is ALWAYS merciful to those who fear Him from generations to generations.

The fact remains the Job Bunge is the weakest in our entire history of post independence because it has miserably failed to capitalise on its super majority beyond tax hikes to restore constitutional sanity. We can only hope we have hit the basement and now the only way we can go is up. Regrettably, that is cul-de-sac at least for now because Job refuses to concede he is an underperformer who these days has switched gears and spend most of his time evangelising the virtues of moral integrity. He hopes through these dramatic overturns we may pay a blind eye to his failures to provide leadership after he has converted his legislative office to preaching. Was he elected to sermonize or was he not elected to legislate? A pulpit rather than a lectern is preferred to lend him with an elusive credence of a champion of moral integrity which he hardly merit. If we question his lack of leadership he threatens us with indictments brandishing the House rules. As the titular brags, House rules have no bearing to us for a simple reason we are not in Da house...

Everybody is hankering to know what CCM is doing with their illegal super majority in the Parliament beyond nibbling our taxes? So far, hibernation rather than activism rules da house of Alibaba and 40 thieves.

Super majority was ferociously sought to change the constitution through proscribing presidential term limits to permit Mwendazake to become another Kamuzu Banda at the heart of Africa. Now, their indefatigable bellwether has vanished without trace, consequently, the goats are without their shepherd and have no idea of what to do with their illegal super majority.

Job, during Mwendazake reign of terror, was in a fore frontier drooling for over two third parliamentary majority but now he and CCM are behaving as if they are in the sorry minority in the Parliament! All the hassles and hussles to steal the 2020 elections seem to have quietened and now is the hour of gobbling our taxes in a hope to repeat the same sin in 2025. Are they not the unrepentant recidivists? Is there hope of salvation when one sins wilfully but pay lip service to the word of the ultimate God? Can the hypocrites go to heaven through a back door of pretentious proselytizing?

The question Job and CCM need to ask themselves: "was it worthy to rig massively the elections only to sleep on the job?" Is swilling our taxes a means or an end in itself?

Are we violating any law when we ask why CCM MPs are not fixing the constitution and address a myriad of hot button issues behind our poor governance?

We also have a cunning president who is eager not only to procrastinate but to prevaricate on ushering in on a new dawn of constitutional soberness. After the expiry of the life of this Parliament, she too will have to answer us what were her legislative feats given she had the CCM parliamentary super majority to change the constitution but she squandered this rare opportunity. Will she proffer us with a riposte or she is banking on constitutional injustice to limp back to office and then address the constitutional anomalies once her loaf has been not only buttered but jammed too both sides?

Nobody cares about "miradi ya kimkakati" because even the colonial administrations did them much better even without official graft. If we quested our freedoms to loot our own coffers then we must be the saddest people on this world.

Our conclusion is sadly to concede munching our taxes but not solving our problems inspired the 2020 elections theft. And, facts will ALWAYS be what they say they are.....

We have already made a major projection on Kenyan elections. We have said this elections of 2022 will send Raila Amolo Odinga to a permanent retirement but we never shared our analysis now we do.

The first reason. - Not a Presidential material

Raila was not ordained to govern this is why he may be a bridge burner but not a Presidential material

The second reason - siding with Uhuru is perhaps his biggest error of judgment.

Being in opposition has its advantages but repackaging himself as the establishment candidate is adjudged has deprived him with the ammunition to make his case why he should replace William Samuoi Ruto.

In contrast, William Samuoi Ruto despite being in the government is running as an anti establishment candidate and with Uhuru undermining him we all love to identify ourselves and empathise with an underdog don't we? This is another reason Ruto is unbeatable

Third reason- losing the game of numbers.

Few have asked themselves why young people are not registering in huge numbers. This comes with the realization most youth are happy with Ruto than they are agitated to supplant him with the establishment candidate who happened to have joined the government through a gentleman agreement- "the handshake."

Ruto's Kamatusa political alignment has already guaranteed him with at least a third of votes and with the central Kenya youth embracing him the elections were over even before one vote was cast.

Two days ago we saw the frustration of unregistered voters particularly the youth in Raila backyard hurling stones at Ruto entourage in attempt to disrupt his campaign which has taken the nation by storm.

Fourth - Raila is a poor strategist.

History will always reminisces at Raila lack of strategy to land the highest office in land. Here we chronicle his mea culpas;-

1) Tried to oust Moi by military means exploiting junior airforce officers of his Luo tribe. He earned for himself nine years behind bars and his accomplices were executed. From that day nobody trusted him as a sober democratic warrior and the emblem of dictatorial tendencies stuck to him.

2) He betrayed Moi in 2002 and joined Kibaki which was a grave error which is now costing him the presidency. Had he supported Uhuru then there would have never been Kibaki presidency and in 2012 he would have been on line to succeed Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. He picked the wrong horse now he has to pay the ultimate price..

3) His refusal to support Kibaki in 2007 came at huge price in 2012 had he declared again "Kibaki tosha" then there would have been no Uhuru Kenyatta presidency because Kibaki would have requited his support.

4) Joining Uhuru Kenyatta government and repackaging himself as the establishment candidate has denied voters a change candidate which should have provided Ruto with a serious challenge questioning his record in the government but now Raila cannot do it unless he attacks Uhuru who is now a no go zone because of a preposterous "handshake"


5) Fifth - incumbents behind son of Oginga are the most unpopular.

Look at his campaign at Ukambani today where three governors endorsed him out of their insecurities. Charity Ngillu, Professor Kibwana and Alfred Mutua have zero chance of reelection so when one choose to envelop himself with a wreck train which is just waiting to derail you all know the Amolo campaign is going nowhere beyond the bridge to nowhere. Mutua fleed his Machakos County where he is a governor as Ruto hit the town in the swagger unprecedented in recent memories. Peter Kenneth who is being touted as Tinga running mate has never won any election in Mount Kenya. All popular Mount Kenya candidates are stomping to Ruto. Do they smell the roses which smell fatigued Raila is numbed to pick?

Our conclusion

Identifying yourself as an establishment candidate makes a lot of sense if you are in a country like ours where elections are stolen but in Kenya where the IEBC manages free and fair elections leave Raila strategy as a textbook formula to lose an election.

The new kid on the block has neither prior pertinent training, background nor vetted interest in the power generation, transmission and marketing. It is learning on work kinda of assignment a dejavu of the former Bank governor one Dr. Idrissa Rashid who will always be associated with scams such as Richmond and Dowans which shook the foundations of the nation leading to a premature closure of a premier political career not excluding his acolytes. We are very apprehensive we will soon be addressing such wickedness of this regime in a very near future.

Now TPDC have forewarned us of the impending energy crunch in less than two weeks but the minister rebukes them for doing their job.

Our projection.

The top management of TPDC will soon be shown the door on flimsy grounds of incompetence and disloyalty.

When the wrong people are running the show expect the righteous people to suffer.

TPDC top management has seen a whirlwind of political interference and replacement of its top commander has been done and undone several times but this time we will see him relieved of his duties unceremoniously and he will never be reinstated as in the past.

His successor will be another blue eyed boy because he will be obedient to destructive orders of his superiors.

Issues of power generation outage on flimsy grounds of cleaning the stones clogging the gas pipes at a time this proposal of generating power at the source will resolve these invidious malaise.

It is not a renter market but a landlord market. So, market forces dictate that the renter not the landlord ought to offset the broker bills of landing the information. Again, whom do you choose to believe? Shujaa wa Chato had claimed there was Chinese pact which would have compromised the national sovereignty. But, now his successors are distancing themselves from his utterances. With the parliamentary verification if these dubious deals off the table we have no way of ascertaining the veracity of either side beyond acknowledging that one of the two sides is not telling the truth.

Two warring sides seem to be at loggerheads but this project ought to be done by our own money. Why buy dozing planes if you you can build a Bagamoyo port deploying own resources? Can some one answers us before making a fool out of himself?

Whoever wins the contract will use our contract to borrow from the banks, and will hire professionals to do it for him. Consequently, something is not right.

This is another project driven by greed for quick cash. Mwendazake had his priorities wrong but at least he knew land matters must not fall unto alien hands who impose development threatening rules of play.

We need as many ports as we can build therefore it is not right for an investor to set conditionalities knowing he is encroaching on national sovereignty, and he is not even using his own money.

Our sister is getting wrong advice from JK whose interest are personal not national ones.

Look at UDSM who handed over their land to deal makers and today they are not financially independent save for a few dons who made a killing.

It appears the trend is to surrender our sovereignty just to fill pockets of influence peddlers of all sorts.

Look at Kenya, who is running their ports? Every time you hand over aliens a piece of land you are burning jobs, taxes, technological advancement and overall development. We know avarice rather than pragmatism is shaping the attitude of decision makers.

In conclusion, this minister lacks creativity to run this ministry and ought to be shown the door before it is too late. He is not ashamed to hand over skilled jobs, taxes, technological breakthroughs and national sovereignty to foreigners. The reasons are best known to him but his excitement to sell us to the highest bidder must be informed by personal greed for a quick buck.

We ruled Stigler Gorge was a wastage of money and Nyerere titular was being abused and we had cited our reasons but nobody paid attention.

We said past experience if damming for H.E.P had taught us power generation settles at 30% of the production capacity, and those dons were misleading thr government that hydropower offered cheapest electricity. They even cited figures of 1970s without adjusting them with practical experience of our own dams.

Politicians loved the analysis and adopted it partially because of kickbacks but ignorance chipped in too.

Now, we have mounted our own ecological disaster without accruing the intended benefits.

Had the money razed on Stigler Gorge invested on natural gas and coal power production we would have generated more than 10, 000 MW and the power scarcity would have been archived in museum encyclopedias.

But greed for personal gain blinds the wisdom of our decision makers.

We must chip in a rider of our own too.

Greed knows no political parties so attaching CCM which cannot breath, eat or talk to humanity weaknesses is missing a wider and far reaching issue of huge public importance. Let us keep politics away from national matters of profound interest.

But power shortage is really a man-made problem and the current team as currently constituted at the ministry of energy we should expect matters to get worse and worse because of insensitivity of the appointer who placed friendship above merit.

They have rights to express political views, run for public office and support political parties of their choice after retirement.

The issue of concern is they ought not support CCM or any political entity while in the employment of the military: That is unprofessional conduct to violate their military vows in order to advance a political agenda.


Looks like agitators of a new constitutional dispensation are aiming to truncate the political rights of men and women in the uniform which is not right, at all.

This is another reason why we should resist the clamour to mutilating our constitution, at all costs, because the final product may be to curtail the rights of others to gainfully employ themselves in the public service after retirement.
