Say we are chasing the skin of a slaughtered sheep after shearers have taken us to the cleaners. Skin ball chasers are often paid for their entertainment value. This is why we cough billions annually to keep the facade of CAG office alive. Nobody except a few bloggers in the opposition camp take his annual, ritualistic gossiping reports serious. It is always a delicate balancing act between preventive pitted against curative incursions. CAG is least focused on the cost benefit analysis of the two parameters but is meticulously and overzealously obsessed with the melodrama and spectacular revelations without corporate continuity.!

CAG has no criminal investigative jurisdiction we must lambast him. He has no tools too apart from intimidating the suspects for a possible blackmail. Why brag on what you are doing if your deeds do not amount to presssuring your suspect into paying to play???¿...Forensic auditing is lacuna in his play book even his recruitment decisions seem oblivious of modern auditing challenges confronting us.

Is now CAG flipped into TAKUKURU? We adjudge that feint a scrappy overlap!

For CAG office to be taken to heart he needs to exculpate himself why he did not audit the 2020 election bangle. Unless we end election rigging which has bastardazed our representative democracy we stand no chance of a cleaner government. We know he will brandish lack of jurisdiction to peek at how CCM elected themselves to power but if so he ought to ask himself where he is getting the leeway to probe the DPP. This is by no means an effort to extenuate the DPP which we have a reason to suspect has made a killing in this "plea bargaining" blah blah.... amounting to scratch my back I will scratch yours!

What we have is a cabal of bastards running afoul our government and nothing good may ever come out from them except daily reports of scams, unaccountability, massive coverups and overtaxation to subsidise wanton official embezzlement and abuse of public office.

Something not right with Zenj police who exercise discrimination against mainlanders.

There was no charge slapped on a Zenj woman who upraided mainlanders women for boozing on men purses but when the right to riposte was claimed the TZ woman was arrested clearly she did not deserve the commotion. The Zenj woman called as dogs and our women do not get drunk on their own money!

"Nyie wabongo ni mbwa hakuna mwanamke anayelewa kwa hela zake" Is what the errant Zenj woman said. This is impertinence and a response was a mild rebuke interrogating whether dress code is an insulator against vices. Keep wondering who is bad here? Got a wrong woman incarcerated and a culprit is loose to unleash her jingoism another now emboldened by her own police condonation!


Her freedom of expression was mutilated because she is a mainlander.

Please release her unconditionally seeing she did not elaborate on the issues she had emphatically and correctly raised. It is true veiling the face has zero influence on what drives the heart which is a generator of evil or good. Veiling amounts to hypocrisy so to speak but none of our business if you leave our sorority in peace.

She was very discreet in her delivery of the rebuke against her own pulverised identity of a woman of substance.


Please deal with your woman and her demeaning and insensitive remarks it is the minimum we deserve.

Just remember in the light you may read the inventions of others but in the darkness you have to invent your own stories.

We are not there yet but we are a cloud of witnesses to the determination to get there.

As a result, we have opted to give our beloved sister a clean bill of health for the intent.


We have already chosen to endorse her for 2025 presidential elections because she fits our bill of responsible government and we are urging the opposition not to field any candidate because they have no credible rival. All of their potential candidates are either too corrupt or are cowards choosing the easier route of self imposed refugees.


We will state our reasons few months before the election in 2025.


Light always confounds darkness notwithstanding darkness came first. Once God made an important declaration,

"LET BE LIGHT." from that moment darkness was defeated albeit it keeps clutching some few straws.

Break a leg, you sure need it! If there is one thing we, as Tanzanians, do really know is to sing praises whenever we get the opportunity and for what? Just doing what is expected of us. Adieous?
 
WHY SAMIA SULUHU HASSAN (SSH) IS THE REAL DEAL?

Again, this is a mere precursor of an indepth analysis over why in the next general election we shall be endorsing her over the opposition presidential pretenders.

First, it is imperative you grasp that we have never endorsed any CCM presidential candidate for an obvious reason they did not fit our bill.

In 1995, we endorsed NCCR MAGEUZI presidential candidate one August Augustine Mrema (now deceased) over CCM candidate Benjamin Mkapa (now deceased) despite Nyerere weighing on in favour of the latter!

Between 2000-2005, we refused to endorse anybody because we were dissatisfied with all presidential candidates.

In 2010,- 2015, we endorsed CHADEMA presidential candidates Dr. Wilbard Slaha (now a CCM convert) and the former premier Edward Lowassa ( back in CCM tent) despite nursing reservations of the latter's ethical profile.

In 2020, we snubbed Mwendazake in favour of CHADEMA Tundu Lissu because the former's human rights record was an eyesore, horrific and egregious.

In 2025, we are changing gears and we are now giving a ringing endorsement to SSH for reasons we will share few months before the election. At this juncture, reasons are reserved and will expand as we gather more facts of the case.

Our presidential picks are not in bondage with political party affiliations but consider each presidential aspirant on their own remit.

It needs no reminder politics is a game of perceptions, comparative advantage and individual attributes. We are of decided opinion the opposition this time has the weakest candidates in their entire history so should not waste our precious time pleading their case upon our waxed ears. In fact, we are urging all opposition parties to focus on local and parliamentary elections where they are likely to have a memorable impact but endorse Her excellence SSH. It is in humility not swashbuckling where gems of wisdom are flaunted we may humbly petition. It will be an act of fortitude if SSH is elected unopposed. We will remember the opposition 2030 if they exhibit this political maturity.


A more compendious analysis of our ringing endorsement will follow few months before October, 2025.

Kifupi, Bima ya Taifa bado inagubikwa na wizi na ubadhirifu uliokithiri sasa viwango vikubwa vya kuchangia kuruzuku uozo tajwa kunafifilisha kabisa uwezekano wa hii Bima kuendesha shughuli zake kwa ufanisi na endelevu.


Swali la kujiuliza ugumu wa kutoa huduma ya afya bure unatoka wapi na ukijumuisha viwango vikubwa vya kodi?


Hizi TOZO kwa nini zisiende kugharimia bima ya afya na miundo mbinu ikaendelea kubebwa na kodi za kawaida?

Very few queried why not buy them directly from Boeing to freeze out the parasites at the heart of the insidious transactions.
Nobody had bothered to ask ATC what were their real needs between long overhaul and shorter ones because the purpose was to loot the Treasury not to solve aviation niggling issues. Misplaced priorities between erecting international airports against buying long overhauls which have no correlation with actual demand whether domestically or abroad.


Little shock, Stigler's Gorge will never generate the much vaunted +2 Gigawatt knowing the Ruaha river basin which the dam is at peril is overly exhausted to the extent that past dams such as Mtera, Kidatu dependent on the same basin are operating at 30% of installed capacities! Water is insufficient and the future is grim knowing soil erosion, upstream denudation and excessive irrigation are throttling water availability at the electricity generating dams. The only conspicuous superlative here is the damming at the Selous Game reserve will saturate the lands there with water devastating the vicious cycles of droughts albeit destabilising the eco system balance thrusting into unchartered waters, so to speak.

Investigating what we already know! The cost of both electricity and natural gas is beyond most citizens.

Do you need to spend money on perdiems on a vain committee to establish whether the sun will rise tomorrow?


Remove all taxes on electricity and gas and subsidise cost of electrification of homes then you will have a justification of splashing some cash in some useless commission of inquiry,not now for our own sake.
