It has come to my attention now days thereis new trend in recruitment procedure, especially in the public sector. For exampleyou may find an organization has advertised 1 position but yet they will shortlisteveryone who has minimum qualifications for the interview.
There was similarcomplains from wanajamii at NSSF,UDOM etc. Today I attended interview for SSRA,eishhhh it was chaotic as only 1 post was advertised but shortlisted candidatesare more than 200.
I think this is a bad trend and it signifiesweakness on the part of HR community in the country. If you can't pin pointgood employee by looking at their resume then you in tha wrong field
