I have traveled almost the Entire country and people are building modern houses like never before,

Tanzania Cities and towns besides their biggeer Sizes have no slums, people afford Standard Housing, Water, Electricity, Education and Healthcare services,

All the Cities and Towns in Tanzania are well connected to quality road infrastructure, (All cities and towns, Here I am talking of more than 30 cities and Municipalities as well as more than 130 towns in districts),

Tanzania is not in the least developed countries for no reason ie You are among the least developed countries in the world(IMF, World bank, european union, G20 all agree with me). Informal settlement means houses not in order,
Like uniform roofs, being apartment, I don't see a problem on That, I am sharing you these three municipal towns of Morogoro, Moshi and Iringa as an eye opener,

Actually hata Bangladesh au Nigeria or Indonesia ziko more urbanised lakini very poor na horrible life ko ni kweli watu wengi kuishi mijini sio sababu tosha ya kusema nchi imeendelea,kwa kesi ya Tzn kwa mfano tunaambiwa zaidi ya 75% ya mapato na GDP inatoka Dar sasa unaweza imagine huko countryside hali ilivyo mbaya.

All those businesses mentioned are own by foreigners. Thats why mnajiita middle income country wakati mnaishi kwenye slums na hamna huduma za kijamii. A free native kenyan life is more horrible than mfungwa aliyepo Tanzania

Who told you hali ni mbaya? 75% thats from tax! for example mm nakaa arusha, the government collects here almost $2B from tourism alone which is more than all east african countries revenue za tourism combined na change ikabaki.

Thats not to count how rich arusha is rich in minerals, diversity and many more.

In fact many Kenyans prefer to get work in the urban centers in their home counties and commute from their rural homes to save costs and do farming during extra time, with devolution and more money going to the counties, more people are preferring to stay in the rural areas.
