You are very right! I know of dozens and dozens of staff in the NCAA who are absurdly clueless and know absolutely nothing about sustainable conservation strategies..
All they do is to work on "business-as-usual" fashion. They have lost vision, creativity, and passion! Instead, they are just there to worship and praise their godfathers who granted them those top positions!
Very disturbing indeed!

Tukiwa kwenye waiting room Impalla Hotel, Applicant mmoja ambaye tulisoma wote UDSM na yupo NCAA, kanidokeza kuwa kimsing kuna mtu anakaimu hiyo nafasi, na ndiye atakaye chukuliwa. Na ikawa hivyo. Cha ajabu zaidi, kwenye Panel ya Interview kuliwa na watu zaidi ya 15. Including all Board Members. Nakumbuka hata Ndugai alikuwepo.Tuliishia tu kupata Per diem allowances ambazo zilikuwa nono hasa.....
