Naomba kupata ufafanuzi mzuri wadau, sijawahi kufanya biashara. Napenda kuuliza, ni mambo yapi ya kuzingatia na kuchukua ukianzisha biashara yoyote?

Nyongeza hapo,kwa kuwa ndo waanza nakushauri fanya biashara ya reja reja, pili anza na bidhaa ambayo umeifanyia utafiti wa kutosha kwa eneo husika,ukianza hiyo biashara weka records kwa kila siku, hii itasaidia kutambua zaidi mahitaji ya wateja wako, utajua kipi uongeze au kipi upunguze n.k

1.Aina ya biashara unayotaka kufanya.
Je una uelewa nayo?kama huna ,je utaajiri mtu nwenye uelewa na biashara hiyo?mf. Unataka kufungua duka la dawa muhimu, je una taaluma hiyo?au utaajiri mfamasia/daktari nk?
2.Business location. Hii inaenda sambamba na AINA ya biashara unayotaka kufanya. Je umefanya market research kujua kuwa eneo unalotaka kuanzisha biashara linaendana na biashara yako?mfano , stationary iwe karibu na maeneo yenye ofisi nyingi, shule, chuo au sehemu yenye population kubwa kama city center nk.
Usije ukaweka duka la chakula la jumla ndani ya eneo la shule ya msingi ya bweni(biashara haiendani na location), au unaweka saluni ya kike kwenye shule ya wavulana(haviendani)
3.Know your customers in terms of their PURCHASING POWER, NEEDS AND WANTS.ni muhimu kujua wateja wako ni watu wa namna gani i.e middle class, lower class etc hii itakusaidia kujua wanataka nini na wanahitaji nini na pia uwezo wao wa kununua ukoje...hivi vyote vitasaidia kujua ufanye biashara gani?uweke bidhaa gani na pia katika kupanga bei.
Mfano:wateja wako ni watu wa maofisini na unaanzisha cafeteria , then unaweza kuassume kuwa wateja wako ni watu wa kipato cha kati hivyo inabidi uweke chakula kizuri, mandhari mazuri yanayoendana na hadhi yao na pia bei inabidi iwe juu kidogo ukilinganisha na kama biadhara hiyo ungeifanya uswahili kama tandale,kwamtogole, majimatitu(dsm), ungalimited(Arusha), magaoni,mikanjuni,mwahako(Tanga),nk.
4.Aina gani ya wahudumu/wafanyakazi utahitaji.
je utahitaji wafanyakazi wasomi,semiskilled au wasiosoma kabisa au mchanganyiko?hapa ni muhimu sana kuset ni kina nani wawe front line employees na nani wawe wasimamizi wao. Kumbuka hao ndio watakuwa wanahudumia wateja moja kwa moja.kama ni mgahawa je utahitaji professional chefs au wa kawaida,je utahitaji waitress/ waiters waliosomea au wa kawaida tu, je utahitaji wanaojua lugha moja tu au multilingual ?nk
5.The scale of the business. Unataka kufanya biashara kubwa au ndogo?mana hutofautiana maandalizi na pia uendeshaji wake
6.Management itakuwaje? Je utasimamia mwenyewe au utaweka mtu?je udhibiti wa fedha utakuwaje? Etc.
7.Who are your competitors? Ni muhimu kujua washindani wako in terms of their strength and weakneses, pia jiulize do u have anything special than them?hii itakusaidia kuwashinda na utasaidia kupenetrate into the market.
8. Kama eneo uliopo lina washindani wengi ni muhimu kuset PENETRATING PRICE(Shusha bei kidogo ) ili uweze kuingia katika soko lao inabidi ufanye

Ordinary ukaweka huduma zile basic tu na vyakula vya kawaida na bei ikawa chini lakini VIP(business class) ukaweka huduma za ziada na kupafanya more luxurious in terms of environments nk. Mfano ordinary weka self service, VIP muhudumie mteja kiVIP ajiskie hasa yani kila kitu unamletea baada ya yeye kuweka order.
