Forecourt Experience
The forecourt experience takes place as you drive into the filling station. This includes your interaction with the petrol attendant and the condition of the forecourt. Please take note of the following when evaluating the forecourt:
If the mystery shopper is served by two or more attendants, you must note only the principal provider of serviceās name. Regarding additional services: points are to be rewarded for additional services offered regardless of which attendant offered the service. You should not mark down the attendant for offering to clean the windscreen or offer additional services even if this only takes place after they have handed the receipt to the mystery shopper. Additional service and windscreen cleaning must be evaluated positively as long as the attendant hasnāt wished the mystery shopper goodbye / farewell.
Full uniform includes the attendant wearing a name badge
The mystery shopper is required to give detailed comments if you answer NO to anything
Forecourt attendants may not wear a Quick Shop uniform and vice versa.
Handwritten cards strung over the neck with tape or string are NOT a replacement for staff name badges
