kwanza mabadiliko yaanze katika fikra za watanzania wenyewe na sio kutegemea sana vyama vya siasa vituletee maendeleo wale ni wawakilishi tu. Nguvu kubwa iko kwetu sisi wenyewe kwasababu wale hawapai na mabawa mpaka kufikia kuwa viongozi wa nchi, ni sisi ndo tunawachagua na wanatoka katika familia zetu. Kukuza uchumi wa taifa inabidi ianzie katika ngazi ya familia ingawa kuna vikwazo kutoka katika serikali iliyoko madarakani hayo yanatokana na maamuzi tuliyofanya hapo awali.

What i think is personal effort as the only way to become financially fat.However,i advice those who think that the country will do something worthwhile for anyone or politicians will make it,should stop from dreaming and start living.This country needs people who will sucrifice their life and involving in teaching others how to get out of the tense situation.How to get into it?First,discover who you are?and what you need to fulfill in life?by doing this you will find that you are in great and important moments in life:"the day you was born"(existence) and "the day you discover why you was born"(purpose)Second,being successful in life is not determined by the amount of money you have,that is a bank account,a car,or a home to live,rather is determined by living good life which helps other people to become successful too.Lastly,i would like to encourage those who think life is too tough for them to touch the sky,it is nit like that since you have a unique talent(s) in you and if you die so hard without enriching, it better to know that we will all suffer because of what you could not fulfill in this world.So my people,no matter what is happening in the earth,we still have to do something for our lives. Do not agree to remain poor expecting the Government will do for us.
