Rafiki yangu wa kribu sana na tunafanya naye kazi ana tatizo kubwa sana la kusinzia hovyo. Hili tatizo limekuwa linamkosesha raha sana kwani akishapanda kwenye basi tu, say Mwenge kuelekea Posta basi ni vigumu kufika Victoria kabla hajalala.

Akiwa ofisini akifanya kazi kidogo tu kwenye computer analala na hata jioni tukikaa baa anaweza kuanza kulala kabla hata hajamaliza bia moja. Hata wakati mwingine tunakwenda naye benki, akiambiwa asubiri kidogo kwenye kiti wakati transaction zinaendelea analala fofofo !

Je huu ni unaweza kuwa ugonjwa gani na nini tiba yake ?

Huo ugonjwa unaitwa NACROLEPSY ambao unahusiana na kupatwa na usingizi wakati wowote wa mchana,katikati ya maongezi,kwenye buss n.k.Hali hii inaweza kuwa hatarishi kwa muhusika na husababishwa na Rapid Eye movement(REM) ambayo huambatana na ndoto kwenye usingizi.

Hali hii inaweza kutokea kwa muda wa sekunde mpaka masaa.Kawaida tukipatwa na usingizi tunakuwa na non- REM sleep ya dakika 90,ambayo baadae huambatana na REM sleep.Watu wenye necrolepsy hupatwa na Hali hii ya REM sleep papo kwa Hapo.

Hakuna dawa ya kutibu ugonjwa huu Ila ipo dawa ya kupunguza dalili Nayo ni amfetamine like stimulant nayo hupunguza hizo sleepattacks.

Akipanda basi baada ya dk 5 tu analala, akienda hata ofisini kwa mtu akiambiwa subiri kidogo tu analala.

Akiwa ofisini kwake hawezi kukaa kwenye computer zaidi ya saa moja kabla hajalala usingizi mzito sana na mbaya zaidi akiendesha gari hata mchana anasinzia.

Je, wataalamu huu ni ugonjwa gani na tunamsaidiaje?

Hard to advise, crucial facts are missing ! Uzito? Kama sio overweight then he is not having enough sleep at night! Labda chumba kichafu, kelele, depression etc! In any case focus on only 2 factors: weight and night sleep!

Pole sana ndugu yangu. Watu wengine humu JF wanafanya mzaha na magonjwa ya watu. Huo sio ustaarabu.Kwa kifupi ugonjwa huo unaitwa Narcolepsy. Soma maelezo hapa chini yatakusaidia:
Narcolepsy

Siku hizi smartphone zinawa-keep busy sana watu, nafikiri ajaribu kuwa busy na smartphone halafu ofisini afanye kazi kwa kutembeatembea kila baada ya muda mfupi, halafu anywe kahawa very strong muda wote, afanye mazoezi ya kutosha.

Pia akamuone daktari yawezekana ana ugonjwa wa malale.
