What do you mean by natural gender position? Your English is kind of convincing that you may be an educated person but I still doubt about your civility. Vacectomy is just a tube ligation. You keep your testicals, which means you will remain to be a man, if manhood is defined by the ability to produce sperms. Also, this procedure can be done in a way that it can be reversed if you decide to make children. Remember I am not advocating this procedure but I am just putting forth facts about this. So, I am withdrawing myself from this debate.
