Corruption is not a bizarre thing in the cursed African community, when you talk of it and happens to wonder of its existence, some members who don't abhor it but merely adore it will treat you like a stray nut.

Well, Bulyanhulu Gold Mine, a company owned by Barrick, the world's giant Gold Mining Company has become the harbour of corruption in the Gold Mining sector in Tanzania.

If you don't have one million Tsh in cash you will never be hired, this corruptive mission is currently being carried out by a certain Human Resources Officer accompanied by Mining Foremen (their names are kept).

This corruption wave has also hit Geita Gold Mine into its sub contractor company known as African Underground Mining Services.

TAKUKURU has been lazy to act aggressively on its roles, they sit in offices waiting for reports from victims, and it's very astounding that, those who seek bribes in those companies are being well paid, their salaries are as big as Tanzania's MP.

You complain about Corruption
While you Afraid to Mention their Names, you have to be the Risk takers when you address awful things in your certain society mainly in sensitive issues.

Also, if the investigation still on progress under Pccb you have to wait

Mentioning their names shall mean that I probably have some personal hatred with them, let an investigation walk its way

ccm and corruption are comrades! You mentioned Tz MPs, as being among well paid individuals, guess what, no different from those mining officials, are also the most corrupt people in this nation.

Not only in bulyhanhulu or GGM even in North mara nyamongo the same things is happen, if you don't have money you should have strong connection, and this is happening to the majority who are seeking for job but also to sub contractor, in order your company to get a certain job 10% should be paid to them and not otherwise some people are making alot of money throughout this fraud

If the so called HR is a Tanzanian, you have to smile and write down.... No Job without money.

Ili uteuliwe unatakiwa ufaulu mtihani gani? kama ni utashi tu, haina tofauti na 'personal interest'; hata hao, wanachofanya ni 'personal interest' kwanza.
