• A new non-profit pre-primary and primary school in Olasiti, Arusha is
  looking to hire qualified individuals who are passionate about teaching,
  possess effective interpersonal skills and have the qualities to
  successfully manage a classroom to fill the role of *Kindergarten teacher.*
  
  
  
  *Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required*
  
  
  - Qualified teacher status (a diploma or bachelor's degree in education
  an advantage)
  - at least 2 years classroom experience (for new teachers, experience
  working with children aged between 3 to 7 in either paid or voluntary
  position would be considered)
  - Familiarity with the pre-primary curriculum
  - Fluency in Kiswahili and English
  
  *Desirable:*
  
  
  - First-hand experience in active, child-centered teaching methods
  - Experience in planning or leading sports development, art, and music
  activities for young children
