Inatumia uamuzi wa korti gani kubadilisha tume?
Supreme Court iliamuru IEBC ifanye uchaguzi upya ndani ya 60 days. Hawakusema tume mpya ifanye uchaguzi.

Hauwezi itikia amri za korti zinazokupendeza alafu ukatae zenye hazikupendezi.

Kuepuka Vurugu hizo Ndio sababu Hayati Baba wa Taifa akiweka Katiba ambayo unasema Tume ndio Kama Refa Uwanjani, akisema Weka Mpira Kati ni goli Hata Kama uligonga Mwamba kuepusha heka heka Kama hizi

Yap..we don't argue with that.infact NASA was clear that the whole election was a sham.dont forget that the petition at the supreme court was for the presidential election not gubenatorial,woman rep or mca so you didn't expect the judges to rule on an entirely different case by nullifying even the mca,or did you?.that's why there is a window of opportunity for those who feel it wasnt fair to petition be it from jubilee or nasa
