But the question remains; are able to force the manufacturer to adhere to EU's and International environmental standards? We all remember of what they did in USA with regards to environmental pollution and how much the USA penalized Volkswagen. Do Kenyan government has the technology to measure quality of the manufactured vehicles?

You people need to do you 90% of the cars in Kenya right now dont adhere to those standards ....
