NHC is making Tanzania with the look so far, I can't upload all of their fancy buildings all of them here because they are scattered throughout the country, NHC is building Dodoma in an extraordinary way so of course yes it makes Tanzania looking good.NHC ifanye Kenya kuwa ulaya!? Kwanini isifanye hivyo Tz kabla ya kwingine?
The fact is that Kenya's liberal economy allows anyone willing to invest in the country within the law to do so. I doubt if the Tz govt read NHC with its monopolistic viewpoint allows competitors of same caliber a free hand in bongo.
