The state owned real-estate cooperation in Tanzania which is regarded as one of the biggest thing in africa is looking for the starting it's operation in Kenya to enlarge it's broad range of services across the East Africa market.

Aisee ikiwezekana kwenye title yako kabla ya neno ONE weka TANZANIA halafu coma.

A pussy cat going to hunt among lions.
Hehehe show me a sole real-estate company in Kenya which owns the best accumulation of wealth like NHC of Tanzania, NHC owns 70% of all CBDs buildings and plots of all towns and cities in Tanzania, statistics show NHC is the wealthiest state cooperation in Tanzania so no Kenyan company could challenge that.

Hawa jamaa wala hawajaribu, wanafanya wana projects nyingi sana from higher, middle to low class, from residential to commercial property wapo vizuri

Kinachowabeba ni sababu ya kumiliki posh areas almost maeneo yote na nyumba za city centre ni zao mikoa yote,

But Tanzania is leading in real-estate business in east africa according to credible sources

NHC ifanye Kenya kuwa ulaya!? Kwanini isifanye hivyo Tz kabla ya kwingine?
The fact is that Kenya's liberal economy allows anyone willing to invest in the country within the law to do so. I doubt if the Tz govt read NHC with its monopolistic viewpoint allows competitors of same caliber a free hand in bongo.
Anyway, they're welcome to size up with their Kenyan counterparts!

NHC is making Tanzania with the look so far, I can't upload all of their fancy buildings all of them here because they are scattered throughout the country, NHC is building Dodoma in an extraordinary way so of course yes it makes Tanzania looking good.

I don't think if this information about NHC to open its operations in Kenya is true because I didn't hear from official sources but if they're doing so I can assure you that they are well equipped more than you can imagine they may compete and win.

NHC is owning those areas because of Tanzanian land law after Tanzania got independent all the land which was owned by colonial government and their puppets including Indians were nationalised but Nyerere invested a lot of money to the NHC

But hamna tangible estates...ama ni izo maghorofa new mmejenga CBD ndiio zinawaweka juu...juu estate zenu za RESIDENTIAL ni ZERO
Some of state owned real-estate developers who have a lot of Estate properties including the leading NHC, NSSF, PPF, Watumishi Housing Cooperation, Tanzania Building Board etc these are just state owned developers Google them they have a lot of those Estates countrywide.

Remember I didn't talk about private sector at all

If you understood what that article was talking about you wouldn't be quoting it from last year February when it appeared in the East African newspaper, lol. I don't expect your kind to get it anyway.

These folks don't even read to understand reports in detail. As long as some screaming headlines tend to put Tz in the limelight, they run with it amplifying in every forum. Dare ask them to analyse and present talking points, they will only copy/paste/quote whole report as gospel truth.
