I don't think if this information about NHC to open its operations in Kenya is true because I didn't hear from official sources but if they're doing so I can assure you that they are well equipped more than you can imagine they may compete and win.

NHC is owning those areas because of Tanzanian land law after Tanzania got independent all the land which was owned by colonial government and their puppets including Indians were nationalised but Nyerere invested a lot of money to the NHC

My friend unastahili kujifamiliarize na Nairobi's real estate. Nakubali NHC imefanya kazi nzuri huko T.Z, lakini usidhani kwamba Nairobi haina majengo kama hayo. Wakenya wanaeza kuwa wamenyamaza tu humu, hiyo haimaanishi kuwa Nairobi haina maendeleo. Lakini tena narudia, hongera zao NHC na T.Z, development in T.Z is good for all Africans.

Meanwhile we have several reports that put Nairobi and Mombasa real estate at the top of the world yet we are quiet. Guys have been quoting this East African article everyday since last year February. Interestingly they're the same guys who claim the East African is Kenya's propaganda machine when it says anything positive on Kenya. It's only credible when it makes them think it suits their tastes.

Read well-- NHC is STATE owned, so profits & taxes go to GoT. You as a poor kenyan, your 60% real estate is owned by foreigners, for their benefit
