true dat...matter of fact i believe it is one of my best buildings in terms of design, architecture, sustainability, height and structural aesthetics..its not all glass n all but it is simply top quality..no doubt about that
 
True, i went there sometime last month to see if i can look for some coins from the guys! I can tell you the place is superb! I love the finish and class and design!!

dont worry about CBD, its still has some few gteat days ahead... there shall come a time in the future where the economy will be vibrant enough... then some old (shorter) buildings right in the CBD will start going down ,replaced by sleeky skysrapper..... E.G, that parking lot mbele ya kenya power building., the other parking lot opposit parliament, then near that parking lot opposite the cathedral hua kuna deport ya cocacola and some old restaurant hapo ndani you hardly notice if you not looking.....
alafu hapo kando ya hio new parliamens square tower ama nyuma ya parliament police station there are some old building that houses st.jones ambulance.... all those location are potential place fir additional skyscrappers..... carpark zitajengewa gorofa to take less ground space....
