Hello Friends,
I hope that y'all fine, and are all going very well. I thought it a good idea to share this with you as I believe some of you with required qualification, or your friends with required qualification, may be interested. This is the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program that takes English teachers with Bachelors degree to teach Swahili in the American Universities for one academic year. For those of you who are English teachers (or third year students who study English), this would be a very nice opportunity for you.
For those of you who are not English teachers (or not studying English), but are Swahili teachers (or studying anything to do with languages), this would also be your opportunity. Although they only require English teachers, I have experience of people who studied such courses like B.A. Kiswahili, B.A. Language Studies, B.A. Ed. (majoring in Kiswahili) etc. who were given this opportunity. It's just a matter of showing that you are good, and you can speak English and teach Kiswahili.
Friends, this is one of the worldwide prestigious programs. It comes along with lots of rewards, experience, international exposure, and future postgraduate scholarships. Please, if you know any of your friend who has required qualification, feel free to add him/her in this message, or ask him/her to contact me personally. I will be happy to provide whatever possible assistance you guys may need.
For any inquiry, please write an email to me at lubua@fulbrightmail.org or you can send me a message on Facebook.
