Where has PayPal announced it is suspending operations in Kenya?
I have a Paypal account linked to Mpesa and it is working normally. Actually I made a withdrawal just 2 days ago.

Making such assertions just because some people had their account limited shows how bongolala you are.
And if you check PayPal complaints online, limiting or closing customer accounts is a very common thing. It doesn't matter the country.

I have used PayPal account since 2012. Mine was limited last year for two months but the issue was solved and I am now able to use it normally. Maybe what these bongolalas do not understand is that limitjng a PayPal account is a very normal thing and can happen to anyone, anywhere. Geza Ulole, limiting certain accounts does not equal closing operations in a given market.
