Hao wapo kufanya biashara kwa kuwa tumenunua vifaa kutoka nchi zao vya thamani za dola milioni kadhaa.

Ni wataalam waliokuja kuongeza utaalamu wa madaktari wetu, walileta teknolojia mpya kama kubadilisha mishipa ya damu kutoka kwenye miguu kwenda kwenye moyo na kufanya coronary artery bypass. Wataalam wengine ni pamoja na wale wanaofundisha kutoa upasuaji wa kutumia tundu dogo (minimally invasive surgery).

Kuna mashine mpya za upasuaji huo serikali ilinunuli hivi karibuni ambapo waliozitengeneza ilibidi waje watoe maelezo ya jinsi ya kuzitumia.

Narudia tena, kwa Afrika ni Afrika kusini pekee ndiyo wanaotuzidi kwenye upasuaji wa moyo na kwa tunavyoenda hata wao tutawapiga bao muda si mrefu.

I am very much interested to know availability of medical insurance services in Kenya to the normal wananchi. I believe there are those sponsored by private / Govenment insurance.

Kwa mfano, hapa Tanzania...kuna hawa NHIF, kwa Mtanzania yeyote yule under 18yrs analipia TZS 50,400 ($ 21.8) tu anakuwa na access ya huduma za afya kokote nchini na katika hospital kubwa yeyote nchini.
Je Kenya do you have such service kwa jamii au ni hadi mtu awe kwy formal system? How easy mtu wa kipato cha chini anaweza access huduma za afya?

And then baada ya hapo individuals can have access to health care kwa kusubscribe kwy mifuko hii ya afya na akapata huduma za matibabu vile vile;

18 to 35 yrs ni TZS 190,000
35 to 59 yrs ni TZS 240,000
Above 60yrs ni TZS 360,000

CAN SOMEONE SHARE WHATS IS AVAILABLE in Kenya to the normal mwananchi?



Ki ukweli, aliyeweka hii 50400 kwa wenye umri chini ya 18 Mungu ambariki sana. Imefanya tutibu wanetu kwa gharama za chini kabisa. Hii ndio maana ya Serikali kuwajali wananchi wake.

Unapoenda kujisajili Kwa huduma ya NHIF unaandika majina ya wale wote ambao watanufaika , watoto na mke, Hio kadi wakati unaitumia kulipa wakiieka Kwa system inaonesha majina ya beneficiaries wote , Mtoto hata kama yupo shulen kama ni ugonjwa utahitaji uwepo wa Mzazi lakini kama ni ugonjwa wa kawaida tu shule hugharamia maana unapolipa karo Kwa hio Karo zipo pesa za matibabu pia wapo wanafunzi ambao wazazi wao hawapo kwenye huduma ya NHIF serikali imehakikisha imewasajili wote Kwa huduma ya NHIF .
