Plastic bags ban

It is my opinion that plastics bag-ban should go concomitantly with the general cleanliness enforcement policy, so as to avoid back and forth movement.

I dare say that this is a perfect time if not timing, cause this shows how we are tired of living surrounded trashes. What I try to say is, the law enforcers should hold the grip tight to any pollution related activity, so that we can reach to the free garbage world.

Anything is possible if law enforcement machinery altogether with citizen can act reasonably.
