It has been a cry for many asking this company to lower a bit thier fares in order to make them affordable by many. When you meditate the reasons for such higher fares some of them are drinks and bites served on board. But I find it hard to imagine how comes for a trip that lasts for only 1:30 hours to bother serving such stuff? this is un-neccessary!! Your competitor Fastjet observed this and make it optional for whoever need such service then pays for it. Why don't you do the same? Afterall do you want to tell us that a cane of soda,a cane of beer, a glass of water, a glass of juice,a cup of tea,and sandwich lead to such higher fares? Am I wrong if I call it daylight theft? or are these the only source of your profit in a sense that if you omit them then you won't make it or prosper?
It has also been seen that whoever competitor who comes your way you manoeuevre to throw them out of business. You did the same to our National carier(Air Tanzania) and now you are busy doing the same to your rival Fastjet. Is that the way of winning in business by playing dirty games?
Just imagine, I had to fly to Mbeya in 5 days time to attend some issues. So I paid sum of TZS.535,000.00 round trip. Yeah do you think that is fair though I know the earlier you book your ticket the lower the fare, but that is too much. If you say the bookings are full why if I pay such amount I get one? why do you want to make air travel is for the rich only? bear in mind that in the first World train transport seems to be the first one..
Now we know you are not service oriented but rather pure business that's fine neverthless my plea here is please stay away from playing dirt games to your rivals or competitors. You destroyed our National carier, do not think that we're happy? Precisionair is not an emblem of our country, it is pure personal. We believe some politicials are behind this because they own some shares into your company.
