Mnataka integration ya land....Kenya mna ardhi gani ya kushare?????????.....tz ndo consumer.mkubwa wa products za kenya with over 45m population za watu.....ndo maana we are the really.participant wa EAC.....in kenya only few owns land esp those who have but in tz everyone owns the land dats where we can't agree.....kenyatta owns half of Kenya...can't you see that's the problem???????
Koborer, Kabaridi, livefire
..kama una pesa unaweza kukodishwa[hata 99 yrs] ardhi huku Tanzania kupitia Tanzania investment center[tic].
..kwenye masuala ya employment, Tanzania imeajiri Wakenya na Waganda wengi kuliko nchi yeyote ktk jumuiya. sasa tatizo liko wapi??
..kuhusu work permit fee, Rwanda peke yake ndiyo ilikuwa imezifuta. Kenya mlikuwa mna-impose fee ambayo ni almost the same na ya Tanzania.
..I think wenzetu mnapenda sana conflicts.
Which conflicts do we love ndugu? Why are we always blamed for non existent issues? Aren't we free to chart our own destiny like others?
Mkuu are you Tanzanian real, kumbuka ardhi haipanuki wala kuongezeka population inakua. Uganda ardhi ya Kampala and the whole of buganda is under Kabaka, ardhi ni ya chiefdoms. Rwanda ndo hawana kabisa. Burundi the same thing. Hapo kuna usawa gani ? Tufungue milango waje wagrab Kila kitu. No way serikali lazima ilinde watu wake. Kwani integration lazima wamiliki ardhi huku. La muhimu ni right to residence and right to own property (HOME) by way of market mechanism ie willing buyer, willing seller. Land speculation and hording should under no circumstance be allowed.
You are still living in the past!...TZ's Ujamaa policy is the antithesis of the EAC capitalist protocols...
You are still living in the past!
..do u believe the same for Tanzania. That we r also free to chart our own destiny?
..kama ni work permit fees hata Kenya zipo. kama ni ardhi kuna process thru tanz investement center which u have to follow. Kenya is the number 2 foreign investor in Tanzania. movement of ppl and employment, Tanzania has thousands of Kenyans working in our education sector.
..allegations kwamba Tanzania tunazuia EA integration should not be coming frm Kenya.
What is there to elaborate? You mean Tz is still implementing the Ujamaa policy?Feel free to elaborate my friend. The issues are real and the solutions are hinged on policy.
For those who are arguing with Kenyan's regarding EAC issues, i pity you, this is a worthless battle, these guys enjoy hitting above their weight.
They make all the noise of how intergration of land, free movement etc is important while the same can not be achieved in their own country even at ward level. These are the same people who were ben't over backwards by the wrong side of capitalism, and for the same reason they think that they will correct their errors by dragging Tanzania in it.same people who were smashing each other over their tribal differences are here lecturing us about free movement and intergration.same knuckleheads who killed their own people because they belong to different tribe think that they deserve same citizenship treatment in Tanzania.
Land is owned by the government of Tanzania for Tanzanians, under the trusteeship of our president,so your noises of wanting our land are worthless cause because, you are not Tanzanians, you can however come to our land and grab as much as you want as long as you follow legal procedures that entitles you the right.it will just be a different form of rights.not the same we enjoy.
Even in EU there are states with movement restrictions and don't even think for a second u will vault out of Romania into UK and stay there for a year without proper permit. It will be easy but you will need some identification that is not accorderd to Brits.
hell, the brits even stayed out of the schengen scheme alltogether, that didnt exclude them out of the EU,even willing members like sweden who are founding members of schengen use their own currency.
the all in one solution that kenyans are looking for is not going to happen.we all understand, africa is already a hard place to survive, made harder by our clueless leaders, but that doesnt justify venting your frustrations over a country that has for long endured the true meaning of unity from street level, village level,to national level.you can bad mouth us for every little thing that you can find , but when it come to UNITY even the USA understands that.we are absolutely united from the core in.
Land, land ,land, you are getting hysterical with this. Who really wants to grab your land. Kenya is not the only member of EAC, why don't you talk about other members too?
Here we go again - Kenyans bragging about blessings of CAPITALISM and Evil of SOCIALISM/COMMUNISM!!^^^ If most Tanzanians think like you do, then I can see where the problem lies. The issue of land is just but one facet of the integration process. TZ's Ujamaa policy is the antithesis of the EAC capitalist protocols where for instance, a Kenyan Agri-business company looks to sign a long term land lease where it can develop the land and sell the produce back to Kenya which in essence hasn't secured it's own food security. This became a sticking point a little while ago when TZ temporarily shut down maize exports to Kenya because it stated that it was looking to secure it's own food security first. Now, the issue of foreign companies looking to develop unused land worries Tanzanians since they still regard the land as communal property. They (TZ) would want to control where the produce goes to first. That in itself goes against the grain of capitalism. That said, this whole land fiasco is untenable when you take into consideration that one country is socialist by nature while another wants to effect capitalism. In other words, I don't foresee a common ground being agreed upon any time soon. So lets dump this unfounded notion that Kenyans are looking to "steal" your land, that couldn't be further from the truth.
Simple - we don't talk about other members because they don't habour evil intent, period.Land, land ,land, you are getting hysterical with this. Who really wants to grab your land. Kenya is not the only member of EAC, why don't you talk about other members too?
"in tz everyone owns the land.......kenyatta owns half of kenya"!!!???? uongo mkubwa huuMnataka integration ya land....Kenya mna ardhi gani ya kushare?????????.....tz ndo consumer.mkubwa wa products za kenya with over 45m population za watu.....ndo maana we are the really.participant wa EAC.....in kenya only few owns land esp those who have but in tz everyone owns the land dats where we can't agree.....kenyatta owns half of Kenya...can't you see that's the problem???????

You are still living in the past!
