A good question in deed.there is ongoing construction of kisumu mamboleo interchange,1.7 bln oil jetty is being built in the same town,14 bln high capacity port is also being built in the same town,3 bus stations are also being built to decongest the town ie one at otonglo,one at nyamasaria,one at mamboleo this is under kisumu urban planning sponsored by French government, the real estate i in this town is also at its peak.the biggest modern market in east Africa is also to be build in the same town withother many projects coming up.karibu Kenya and invest in Kenya coz your return on investment is assured
