She doesn't deserve it at all.
There's nothing private for a public figure!
You are very right.Having an intelligent candidate as our president should be of most importance in our future elections......this is because most of decisions made by JK so far have always made people query his intelligence....As for his daughter..yes she might have inherited it from him but intelligence is inherited both maternally(Salma) and paternally(JK)....probability may have it that she inherited it(dullness) largely from her mother(maternal).....considering that some of JK's kids from other mothers(not salma)have had some share of academic achievements..e.g Ridhwani and Salama(who is a medical dr).I think presidents should also have smart(intelligent)wives...a dull wife can also mislead a man......Point to take:Michelle Obama is a very intelligent woman(both academically proved and also acknowledged by her man..Obama)....and she has been hand in hand with Obama in leading USA.(also before presidency).......Her poor performance clearly reflects her father's dullness for children inherit certain features from their parents. At least now we are made aware of the fact that our president's infelicitious approach to helping this country move ahead has something to do with his brain make up. Although high level of intelligence is not a pre-condition for efficient leadership, sometimes entrusting the presidency to a dull person like JK amounts to condemning the country to fail. That's why in European elections hopefuls are obliged to submit their academic credentials to electoral committees to be assessed for their academic qualities before being endorsed to contest major positions.
Very good. Nimeipenda hii topic. Kweli right of privacy ni issue kubwa hata katika nchi zilizoendelea. Kwa mtazamo wangu, Katiba yetu ipo very vague on this Right. Kwanza hakuna definition of privacy. Tukichukua, the normal definition ni privacy, kwa kawaida ina-cover 'information about an individual'. Lakini to me, this is weak and doesnt justify their action/practice. Unaweza kuiona hapa: The National Examinations Council of Tanzania.
Pia kuna mkondo wa tort law, ambako nako ‘right to privacy' has been established and accepted in a number of jurisdictions. Sijui juu ya Tz.
Privacy my foot! Wanafunzi wangapi majina yao yameanikwa ije kuwa huyu mbumbumbu?!!
It is sad to concede that in NECTA there is no comprehensive privacy legislation. To disclose the names and results of students NECTA go against the constitution of URT . It brings bad picture to see results of other students and a daughter of President of URT being disclosed without approval from a person concern.
Of course this does not mean that right to privacy is not recognized in Tanzania. The United Republic of Tanzania (URT) Constitution of 1977 as amended form time to times defines privacy as follows:
Every person is entitled to respect and protection of his person, the privacy of his own person, his family and of his matrimonial life, and respect and protection of his residence and private communications
Article 16(2) goes further stipulating that:
For the purpose of preserving the persons right in accordance with this Article, the state authority shall lay down legal procedures regarding the circumstances, manner and extent to which the right to privacy, security of his person, his property and residence may be encroached upon without prejudice to the provisions of this Article
Article 16(1) and (2) of United Republic of Tanzania Constitution of 1977 as amended from time to time provides for right to privacy. Article 16(2) of URT constitution provides for possibility of other laws to encroach the right to privacy. The said article stipulates clearly that the law maker will enact law to stipulate how privacy right may be protected, pursued or encroached by government agents.

But section 18(1) if the Act provides that in the performance of its duties and exercise of its powers, the Council may, with the consent of the Minister, make regulations generally for the Government, control, administration and management of the Council and for conduct of its business, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations prescribing, among others (g) the manner in which diplomas, certificates or other awards may be granted and (i) anything which may be prescribed under this Act or any matter or thing which, in the opinion of the Council, is necessary to prescribe for the furtherance of the functions and objects of the Council.
Kwa hiyo the Act grants NECTA with so much power including the making of regulations. Labda hizo Regulations which NECTA has made under Act zinasemaje?

Uko right. Wengine tunafanya assumptions tuu. Hatujui kwa nini amefeli. Anaweza akawa na genuine reason. We haven't had opportunity to hear from her. But that is not the issue anyway.
Sawa umejua nimefeli kwa jina langu so?! Unless tuseme kuwa ni for future use kama kunikashfu baadae nikiwa kiongozi mbovu (of which hata ikitumika namba, ukiwa mdadisi utanijua tu).
