Problems with Car Polishing/Waxing

Halloo JF. Naulizia kwa mwenye ufahamu kusuhu suala la polishing/waxing rangi ya gari. How long does it last? Does it affect the car paint? Nimepata scratches kwenye some parts of the bonnet, fundi rangi anashauri nifanye hiyo polishing/waxing kwenye bonnet zima. Sina uzoefu na hii kitu ila vile sio rangi nina wasiwasi how long might it last, and what happens when it wears out? Maana sehemu zingine ziko poa isipokua for that part with a pretty long scratch which is kind of looking ugly given the shiny colours of the car.
