NB: Karimenu Dam sio bwawa la kuzalisha umeme.

wivu how wakati mnagongwa? That project should not be above $500 mln but the cost is is 800mln and plus interest rates u will end up paying over $2bln the amount that can build over 400km of electrified SGR in Tanzania!
