On the austhetics, the ground level would have looked cool, but there're many factors that led to the elevation,one being land.

Buying off property that are along side the road would have been so expensive. The world bank initially was to fund this project almost 18 years ago but when the government threatened to kick out land owners among others factors, they backed out.

I'm not jealous, I'm just saying it's not attractive. Appart from easing Traffic congestion and cutting traveling time, A permanent Massive infrastructure like that should've had let the City look Futuristic and Modern. Hapo inaonekana watu walikua na Kiu ya Hela so they came up with that Idea. They're after money.

Unaongea nikama washamaliza kujenga na wakafungua for public use. You can't talk about aesthetics while it's still under construction.

The expressway has been in the books for over two decades, wacha ndoto

What the hell are you even talking about? This project is not complete so you don't know how it's gonna look like when it is complete. But even now, it still looks owesome. In any case your country doesn't have a road like this. Tanzania has boring roads so I understand why you are jealous.
