Tunataka kuanzisha Agriculture project kwa maana hiyo tumeandika proposal kuomba financial support.

TANZANIA VENTURE CAPITAL AND PRIVATE EQUITY PROJECT (TVC)CALL FOR BUSINESS PLANSFOR FUNDING UNDER THE EXPANDED VENTURE CAPITAL AND PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENT FINANCING​

1.0 BACKROUND:-
1.1 Tanzania Venture Capital and Private Equity Project (TVC) is a Joint Project between Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and TMS Consultants Ltd. The major objective of the project is to provide a platform for the expansion and formalization of Venture Capital and Private Equity Investment Financing Industry in Tanzania. This will eventually enable the local private sector to access alternative source of project finance to finance or participate in large scale expansion and/or risky startup investments.. .
1.2 In order to be able to access the venture capital and private equity investment financing, one of the first important stage is to have a well prepared Bankable BUSINESS PLAN of international standards as a BASIC VENTURE CAPITAL AND PRIVATE EQUITY FINANCING NEGOTIATION DOCUMENT.

2.0 CALL FOR BUSINESS PLANS PREPARATION:-
2.1 In order for the TVC Project to be able to attract more foreign venture capital and private equity investment financing companies to establish, open and operate their offices in Tanzania, TVC needs to RECEIVE MORE BUSINESS PLANS for onwards facilitation for matchmaking with foreign Venture Capital and private equity companies.


2.2 Business plans for Expansion projects can be prepared from any economic sector such as:-
• Natural Gas and Oil
• Renewable energy and green technology
• Electricity generation and distribution
• Mining and minerals processing
• Tourism
• Information technology
• Agriculture and Agri- Industries
• Manufacturing Industries
• Infrastructure
• Real Estates
• Financial services
• And Expansion of any other legally approved high-profit large investment projects.

v It is advised that Business plans have to indicate an expansion investment financing requirement at the minimum of about USD five (5) million to an average Maximum of about USD five hundred (500) million or above Per single project.

3.0 SUBMISSION OF BUSINESS PLANS:-

3.1 Language to be used in the Business Plans preparation is English and submit to TVC Project manager ONE HARD Copy and SOFT Copy
3.2 For those who would like their Business plans to be facilitated for venture capital and private equity investment financing in GROUP NO-1 are advised to submit their business plans NOW OR BEFORE 31ST MAY , 2015.
3.3 The TVC Project Manager and his team will have to review all the business plans submitted and process the match making at a NEGOTIABLE FEE.
