I often had encounted myself in a trap of hard choices in my life.so I had to make a right decision that won't amaze on its impacts, because we don't live the decision that happens for asingle moment but rather we live its impacts.
Once you decide that you can live the impacts the decision making is really easy and won't stress you either.l normally here people say "if you make a decision you have to live it" I'm really against the statement,see many people think that its the decisions that matters and forget the impacts of their decision, in that order many lost themselves during struggle and when meet challenges.
Research the impacts more carefully so you can have the confidence to take path of your decisions.
MY LIFE EXPERIENCE
I had a friend of mine in Dar es salaam institute of technology (DIT) studying for electrical engineering course while still in college,he said day to day to me that he was not satisfied with the course he studied ,that it was not suitable to himself and complained he didn't see himself as an engineer, so I had to make a day talking to him deeply about the issue he said " you know this course am studying for its from my seniors advice especially my father who recommended it since I was a kid" so I asked him what is your priority and what would like to study for..? he said "i want to study for arts especially music" I was shocked by the statement, and asked myself how come a person with arts mind be mixed with engineering mindsets..?, l laughed and thought this is the problem that many of my fellow students in college had too.,you can be surprised to see a student in engineering college today but tommorow in business college or see a person in a certain course but tommorow tells you he had to shift a course depending on opportunities available in a society.
So ,l said to myself this is the problem had to research too and discovered its not WRONG that's the enemy of RIGHT but the word GOOD.
The majority of student i met in college and friend of mine their biggest problem lied on the three words above, they made decision based on temporary expectation without knowing very well the impacts of their decision.
This is why today the most of government leaders are fully corrupted its because they had being promised from their early studyings and parents that getting good education and getting good job equals success.
So,they get greed to misuse public funds to fit their own long term stories on their mind since they made debut to school, they made a decision on the good not right.
This is why many workers today hate monday mornings, its because its not the right thing that they were born to do but rather to satisfy their needs, so you find many people today full of stress its due to system we have being linked too.
GOVERNMENT DECISION MAKERS
Have you ever heard of government decision on its people..?Yess the government makes decision everyday on its people, but its very tough to smartest people in government too. If you research very well many of challenges we face in a society today are result of decisions, this problems are found almost in every country in the world even in my motherland TANZANIA.
In my own thoughts, I know people's justice, power and freedom lies on the Constitution and law's governing the country.once a good decision is made by a leader you are not as much subjected on its impacts.
You will often here it on the streets of the country, most of political leaders makes good but not right decisions, this is the problem my country Tanzania is facing at the moment.
The difference between the right and the good decisions its that the right are the ones have enough research,trials and ready to face the challenges(impacts) that may arise on its accomplishment while the good only sounds great but deep down its impacts are pains, cries and non-perseveranced.
CIVIL WARS(COUP D'ETAT)
This is why today, you hear about coup d'etat in many of african countries focusing on {Guinea} happened very few days ago the commander who led the attack {Mamady doumbouya} said he had to eliminate the constitution of the country until when they would announce it again, this means many of todays decisions in african contries are made by minority who posses power in approval of that many people celebrated the coup d'etat
COVID-19 PANDEMIC
This is biggest issue in the whole world up to current time many of the nation have found themselves in frustration, strugglig, misunderstanding between each other and here you will discover different strategy were used, but how..? here was the right and the good place to judge power of leadership.
In my country Tanzania we had our dearly late president JOHN POMBE MAGUFULI the man was very tough on his decisions,he had unique way of approaching the PANDEMIC. I remember many of political leaders especially the opposition leaders didn't agree with him on his approach but also the Minister of health on the time of COVID-19 emerge had different view, so he was realesed out of service.
Personally, I had different view too at some point I agreed with my president but somewhere in areas of health professionallism I had let the reality speak for itself because disobeying the reality it's like killing yourself for something you can escape from. I congratulated him for being strictly straight forward on his decisions he never had many options that would distract his focus,his focus was clearly known by everyone but on issues that people would die if health measures provided by {WHO}such wearing mask, record keeping on transfer of disease in relation to how many have being infected didn't agree with him since this killed majority of people unfairly and many unknowns.
This was like survival of the fittest (stronger ones survives while weaker one dies) also he refused the COVID-19 vaccine to the country until further research, on this case i agreed with him.
Yet, aftermath things have changed we now have our own MAMA SAMIA SULUHU HASSAN who is just the product of former president, because she used to be vice- president during former president, but yet we see as if decisions made during MAGUFULI time has expired or were rarely good MAMA has different view in reality but in his words seems to support the late president, she has taken immediate healthy measures including counting of people being infected but seems worthless to the majority which has failed just few days after in role, she established a committee and come up with an option of vaccinating the country also has got few supporters from the majority on the case., because people believed much to the late president MAGUFULI words.
The issue MAMA SAMIA is struggling with is her own vomits which she supported during the late government, people say if she knew what was done not right she had left over the government so as to indicate a symbol of being a leader of people's affairs.
TAX ISSUES
I just think everyone have just heard of new laws established as few days ago on taxation of sim cards and hope the majority have experienced a short term imbalancement on taxation rate especially on money transfer system on sim cards, I just thought who made this decision they are irrelevant to the reality of mostly poor Tanzanians, it has no fairness,humanity inside of it.
How can you charge more or nearly even the service providers..? this approves that many leaders set rules they are asure they won't be subjected or catched out to themselves, because this local money transfer are mostly used by poor people in the country and if you had just surveyed and asked people in streets of kariakoo,Dar es salaam about the taxation rate nobody would appreciate it for 95% of the population surely and this means the minority who have power aren't there to protect people's affairs.
Just after month on its establishment of this law has got many protests now the government after started to see the impacts now is trying to adjust rate of taxation, this means they made a decision without studying the consequences and often you hear a leader sayings "watazoea tu" so they use intimidating tax system as colonial government unfairly.
There is alot of issues that my government has to deal too because it seems like they decided without recognizing the consequences such decisions to mention fewt are taxation on house owners, in music industry there is great misunderstood its coming between musicians , TV'S and radios on payment of musicians this would diminish our own music and upcoming artists
I don't think if they really made decisions in accompany of its consequences let's meet December dear musicians.
