As part of training in mastering provisions of a specific service which require specific skills and capabilities many training institutions subject their students under special field trainings to enable them to acquire practical skills and capabilities and as part of training numerous criminal offences and academic mistakes may be committed with these students during their training sessions.
For instance, a Doctor trainee may commit a murder after injecting a patient with poisonous substance instead of recommended medication after diagnosis or commit any other offences during his/her training sessions.Do you think she/he must be legally punished?
Another Good instance, is recent accident which went viral through a social networks of Teacher Trainees battering a student during their teaching training sessions .Do you think they should be legally punished?.
I have put this puzzle before you after facing a dilemma in reaching a conclusion whether the the recent decision taken to suspend from studies and sue the teacher trainee by a relevant minister and authority for their act of teaming up and unleashing unrecommendable disciplinary actions against the offensive student were correct or wrong taking into consideration training protocols and putting other factors static.
I present this to you, legal contributions will be highly embraced.
Thanks,
