Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga has urged his supporters to remain peaceful as the political outfit prepares to file a petition challenging the outcome of the August 9 presidential polls at the Supreme Court.
Speaking at his Karen residence on Saturday after a host of religious leaders paid him a visit, Odinga maintained that the Azimio faction strongly believes that the outcome of the said contest was interfered with, but that the outfit would exercise democracy by seeking legal redress.
"We have decided to move to court because we want to see justice served and peace prevail in our nation. We want to know the truth because some of the things that were done by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) prior to the announcement of the presidential polls are very questionable," said Odinga.
