Comrade,
What has happened? What has Raila done that Ruto has not? Or you are enjoying us!

the politics of Kenya still has a long way to go. Neither is it about policy nor about ideology.. deep down it ends in tribalism..kenyans are naturally tribalistic..even higher education cannot evade that.Kenyan professor with all their enlighntenment and education at the end will vote for their son of the soil even if he offeres nothing. Luo professors will vote for raila even if he offers nothing same to kalenjin. Kenyans of different tribes will attend one school, drink in one bar, talk talk of big idears together,.but acha kitu itokee ya maana is when a person imagines Oooh kumbe am a kikuyu, kiumbe am a luo..kumbe am a luhya.....Ask any luo why they hate ruto they wont give you a solid reason, ask any agikuyu why they looth raila .. whey wont give you a solid reason. what brings this? even with devolution kenyans still believe that being close to power means development to that community, some community think that they were born to rule others, others think that they have always been opressed so its their time to rule and eat.Not knowing that the president is a symbol of unity to all tribes. lastly its absurd how kenyan peasants are are used as voting machines during elections and dumped tomorrow like tissue paper after their leaders have assended to power only to be remembered five years later.and the cycle continues.. they fight against each other for politicians who are close friends but only differ in ideologies.
kuna ka ukweli, but most of it you have insinuated., hapo kwa professors, it isn't quite true, been in the academia for some years, and in discussions u will discover that most scholars are rational thinkers., be it Luhyas, Kalenjins, Kikuyus or Luos.., in voting a few vote.,

yeah you may be right, those were my observations. All we need is a visionary thinker, be it ruto ,raila, or matha Karua.Remember we are on the home stretch for vision 2030.consequently we will need a person who will stear this country towards that atleast tufike hata 85% of whatever is in the blueprint .policies which will improve the lives of kenyans instead of big projects which many do not put money to their pockets, incentives and policies that will attract investors( lowering the cost of electricity), minimization of borrowing, and reduction of the of the huge budget. Only a visionary leader will get us there because the common kenyan is on flight. in short, politics of policies not politics of " mtu wetu".

Kenya will not be a dictatorship Country,Wazee Kama Raila Wanakuaga na Ukitambo flani which I don't like, and they can do anything when in power because they don't fear death and Courts,This kind of person you cannot say No to,is a dictator

Taswira zote na hisani ya:
“Not all that glitters are gold”. Raila, a lifetime political martyr in the sub-continent is still inclined to believe along with his disciples that he can make it to the throne before he rests for life outside the universe. Unlike his political colleagues, Raila, a long-time anti graft crusader has always evaded being involved in scandals from minor to mega ones in a society that is highly rotten of grand corruption making him be nicknamed a clean man who descends in a transfigurational style in the midst of tribulation where and when peoples hopes inch despair.

His unique carrot-like-policies have often scared his adversaries and made him be seen as a political monster for them and this has made of recent his acquaintances question his faithfulness when befriending him for a cause as it is always easier for him to make a sudden u-turn when things don’t go his way and indeed don’t embrace public interest, a quality required of a strong ambitious and proactive leader.

Raila, a fugitive of lawlessness has a unique sanity that dares trash the bad elements from alliance with him without due regard to the costs associated with the decision, to him, public interests come first and count most than anything else even if it means disintegrating or abandoning his own founded party, this makes him be regarded as one of rare political species whose un-predictable political trait sends greedy figures sick. In fact, and in short, without Raila-ism, politics in Kenya are never tasty.

Political acceptance of a firebrand Raila is 3-D in instinct. Firstly, Raila does not advocate for politics of intrigue and tribalism which are the cornerstone of politics in East African country, he always try as much as he can to get endorsement in other provinces and indeed he gets it from the voters regardless of jealous big names in those locales who claim to possess the provinces. This has made some like Mudavadi and Ruto to try emulating his style of deploring tribalism although with great care as their people may sometimes on hearing this run a mock.

Secondly, Raila’s non-tribalistic and cleanmanship traits win him international recognition and support as these are the merits that count to the international fora and donor community. Most big shots in Kenya smell a rat of minor to mega graft. When it means waging war against corruption, Raila is ready to breach even a high level moratorium as long as graft is denounced and laid to rest.

Thirdly, Raila has a history of living to his unwavering principles and has a cause to fight for - for Kenya, despite the fact that his tireless and endless efforts are only causing political multiplier-effects to his colleagues whilst himself getting stuck in a “Wild-goose-chase.”

Any journo with a sharp nose for news wouldn’t find scandalous story to report about the centre-leftist Raila. This has won him unwavering public support let alone his dogmatism that has scared all reins in the oldest East African unipolar economy.

But one question remains un-answered that, why a radical Raila does not make it to the peak with all the charismatic merits he has that beam far beyond the borders of pyrethrum producing country? Is it that Amolo does not care about the incentives of political planning that can lead him to realize his longstanding dream? Is it that failure to plan is planning to fail? Is poor electoral system to blame for fiasco? Or is moribund constitution a witch against Raila’s dream?

Kindly vote for me.
Mchagueni maana ni kitambo na saizi kapata matumaini baada ya Hichilema kupata Urais na zamu hii yuko na Rais wa sasa.

Jukwaa limechangamka sasa and i like this challenge seeing.

Uhuru hints a "Raila tosha" endorsement in Kibra

In Summary
• Raila is banking on Mt Kenya votes to shore up his stakes in the 2022 race.
• Uhuru subtly endorsed Raila at his Kibra backyard on Wednesday.

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday gave the clearest signal he is backing ODM leader Raila Odinga as his preferred successor.

The President made the revelation when addressing a gathering in Kibra where he was accompanied by Raila for a tour of development projects.

The president opened two hospitals in the populous area that Raila represented as MP for decades.

President Kenyatta for the first time left no doubt that he wanted someone who would continue with his development plans after he exits in 2022.

He heaped praises on Raila for accepting to enter into a handshake with him in March 2018 saying the peaceful environment that followed helped his legacy projects.

“When we came together, didn't we experience peace? So where is the problem? Isn’t that what we want? Don’t we want that work to continue? It is up to you. Will you make wise choices? Let us see how you will do it,” President Kenyatta told the jubilant crowd.

The President said jobs would follow development, lauding the ODM leader for allowing his administration to execute development in the country.

“I am thankful for you because your former MP… when we came together, wasn’t there peace? And after peace there is development… then what is it we want if not the peace,” President Kenyatta said.

President Kenyatta said it was time Kenyans opposed his unity bid with Raila to read the signs and see the products of peace and unity.

“Let us love one another as, through that, there is nothing we can’t attain as a nation. I want to tell those grumbling to watch see the benefit of oneness and peace,” the President said.

The subtle endorsement followed shortly after Raila was hailed by Mt Kenya tycoons as the best bet for the country come 2022.

The developments stand to throw DP William Ruto’s stakes in the region into a spin, the latter saying he is not worried by the moves.

The President earlier said categorically that he wouldn’t hand over power to a certain click of politicians and has over time shown his soft spot for Raila.

The Mt Kenya Foundation leaders equally left no doubt that they’d back Raila, hailing him as one who stands to protect the interest of the region in the 2022 equation.

Raila should abandon Uhuru and be huru to pursue State Office on his own on ODM. Kikuyus are never trustworthy enough!

1963 Jomo Kenyatta promised Kenyans that he was going to leave State Office for Oginga Odinga, the world didn't know the State Office he meant was Kamiti.

Kibaki told Kenyans he was going to support Raila after his term was over, he made a u-turn to Uhuru a fellow Kikuyu.

Uhuru is telling Kenyans he is pro ODM (Raila) when elections knock in he is going to be Kikuyu like Kibaki and Jomo Kenyatta.

COMEDY TO TRAGEDY!

However, is only Raila who can assure Uhuru peaceful retirement. Ruto is a man of revenge and this is what makes Uhuru fight for Raila so that he can divert his retirement journey from Kamiti to Gathundu.

Comrade,

To kill dynasty requires to do away with Kikuyu Spirit and belief about leadership of Kenya, efforts that must ensure the Mumbi's parable of Power will never leave the House of Mumbi (Mumbi is a Kikuyu Goddess that lived/lives in Mount Kenya).

My message to All Kenyans.
In the absence of Oginga's family in Kenya's politics, especially Hon. Raila, the EAC's Pyrethrum & Tea Goliath will disintegrate like the former USSR and this point is where and when Luos will get their nation as was in the old Sudan. So tribalism will end with disintegration. Researching politics of that African corner, you find that secessionism has been the solution for Ethiopia (Eritrea and now Tigray).

Sudan (South Sudan and now Darfur).

Somalia (Puntland is an autonomous State in the Northeast of Somalia that was formed in 1998. Galmudug is a Federal State in Central Somalia. Jubaland is a Federal State in the South of Somalia. In November 2014, the South West State of Somalia was established as a Somali Federal State. In October 2016, a formation conference was launched in order to form the Hirshabelle State as a Somali Federal State) The Federal Parliament is tasked with selecting the ultimate number and boundaries of the autonomous Regional States (officially, Federal Member States) within the Federal Republic of Somalia).

I have not seen yet, even as of now, a strong Kenya in that African corner that can evade secessionism, and more especially such Kenya without Railaism. When Raila will be no more, is when the world (Kenya inclusive) will know his worth. (When you live your legacy is dead when you die your legacy lives, Majwala D. O, (2021))

In Kenya like Somalia, I foresee Nyanza Free State, Coast Free State, Trans-Mara Free State, Central Kenya Free State, Kenya Rift Valley Free State, KenyaSomali Free State (call it Mandera) and sundries like Western Province, Eastern Province, both of which are soundless in Kenya (trailed by other Provinces' politicians). Sometimes, trends of Kenya's politics drive one to believe that perhaps D by D gradually forms the basis for secessionism that I foresee.

As usual, Tanzania borders are wide open for refugees when the need arises.
Mumbi is a Kikuyu goddess that lives in Mt. Kenya? Jeez, atleast do your research extensively if you want to sound intelligent in your hateful war-mongering.

The Main Kikuyu Myth of Origin

The Gikuyu and Mumbi is the most popular myth of origin of the Kikuyu. Gikuyu is the Adam and Mumbi, literally, and the potter is the Eve. Kenyatta (1938), Cagnolo (1933), and Gathigira (1933) have all narrated the story of Gĩkũyũ and Mũmbi. It is a story that was told to every Kikuyu child in the past as part of the tribe’s history. God made Gĩkũyũ and placed him near Mount Kenya at a place called Mũkũrwe wa Gathanga God saw that he was lonely and gave him a wife, Mũmbi. Gĩkũyũ and Mũmbi were blessed with nine daughters, but no sons. The daughters’ names, arranged from the eldest to the youngest were as follows:
Wanjirũ, Wambũi, Njeri, Wanjikũ, Nyambũra, Wairimũ, Waithĩra, Wangarĩ, and the last one was Wangũi (Leakey 1977).
Mount Kenya is the sacred Mountain of the Kikuyu, the abode of God Ngai. Mumbi is goddess while Ngai is God.

Mount Kenya home of Kikuyu God

Traditional Kikuyu religion involved Ngai (one God) who was said to live in the sky and resided in Mt. Kenya with the presence of a cloud touching the mountain. He was said to have nine-full (technically 10 but the number is considered a taboo in Kikuyu culture) daughters. Ngai was the provider and caregiver to the Kikuyu. The Kikuyu believed in animal sacrifice when things weren’t going well in an attempt to try and please Ngai. Sheep and goats were sacrificed under a mugumo tree, generally in a high place close to Mt. Kenya.

Power will never leave the house of Mumbi
Once upon a time, there were men from Kiambu—Jomo Kenyatta’s minders, if you will — who swore that presidential power will never leave the House of Mumbi.

A subset of that ideology— if one can call it that — held that even within the House of Mumbi, presidential power will never cross the Chania River, meaning, only Kikuyus from Kiambu would rule Kenya forever.

In 2002, power crossed the Chania River to Nyeri but went back to Kiambu in 2013 but Uhuru is now saying to hell with this backward ideology, let freedom ring as Dr Martin Luther King, Jr preached, so a Luo son, or one from anywhere other than the Kalenjin or Mt Kenya region can taste and exercise power.
