The do-or-die derby
There is much more than just bragging rights on the line for the winners. Real Madrid have the opportunity to forge ten points clear of Atlético, an advantage the likes of which they have never squandered - at least not in recent memory.
A draw would also be a big deal, as it would open the door for Barça to move within two points of Real by beating Athletic de Bilbao at San Mamés. It is all to play for and there will be no holds barred at the Calderón.
