Madrid continue their preparations for the Levante match

at Ciudad Real Madrid (Valdebebas)

Real Madrid continued to prepare for their La Liga encounter with Levante, which will be played on Sunday at the Santiago Bernabéu (21H CET). Ancelotti included Odegaard in a training session that saw the emphasis again placed on ball drills. James, who continues with his recovery process, did running on the training pitch and did work with ball at feet. Carvajal and Benzema trained indoors at the club's facilities.

With Casillas, Keylor Navas and Pacheco undergoing specific goalkeeper training, stretches and muscle-strengthening exercises were followed by ball work. The outfield players at Ancelotti's disposal carried out a range of circuits involving circulation, switching the play, crossing and finishing, before taking part in several half-pitch matches in which the objective was to score into mini goals placed on the pitch.

As far as I'm concerned Florentino Pérez deny Marca's front page, which reports that he will suck Carlo Ancelotti if the team lose big in El Clásico.

Florentino Pérez press conference:

Florentino Perez: "I am giving this press conference to show support for Ancelotti and to tell everyone that all the rumors are false."

Florentino Perez: "The reactions on our coach & players crossed the line."

Florentino Perez: "Whatever happens, Carlo Ancelotti will stay the coach of Real Madrid."

Florentino Perez: "The players of Real Madrid are the best players you can have."

Florentino Perez: "In these times we have to be together, the club and the fans as one."

Florentino Perez: "These players won La Decima & 3 others trophies in the same year. Something that has never happened in the club's history".

Florentino Peréz: "Iker Casillas is more than just a goalkeeper here at Real Madrid."

Florentino Peréz: "Bale has been suffering with a form of hernia."

Florentino Peréz: "Whatever happens in the Clásico, Carlo Ancelotti will remain the manager of this club."

Florentino Peréz: "If Cristiano invites friends to his 30th birthday party, that's his business. I've not talked to him about that."

Sacchi (Former Real Madrid director): "Real Madrid's biggest problem right now is finding their motivation and rediscovering their form. Carlo is better suited than most to do that. Sometimes patience trumps intelligence and back in December everybody was full of praise for Ancelotti"

AS | Ancelotti would start Modric vs Levante and let him play for 60 minutes so he can play the full game against Barca.

Guillem Balague: "If there are no goals Bale should be doing more. That's what everybody expects."

"To be honest they are treating Bale a little bit like a scapegoat or the villain of this story."

"That is surprising, but in any case it should actually challenge him and make him better at the end of it."

Onda Cero | The players and coaching staff appreciate the presence of Perez along with the belief he has in everyone.

Pepe: "Whenever we play at another ground in Spain, we can sense how much people hate us like they hated us when Mourinho was with us. Today, Madrid is a very big club; we've cleaned up our image. Now Isco gets an ovation when he goes off - that would have been unthinkable before"

Marca | Lucas Silva will replace Toni Kroos for the game against Levante.
- Kroos will get rest after a long time.

COPE | Sergio Ramos is 100% and could play against Levante.
