Cristiano is just being smart, he knows he can only stay as relevant at La Casa Blanca. And he will try and make all the necessary longing noises of records, coz that will guarantee him a place among the greatests.

One thing for sure is, Marca have been so on point with their reporting lately. And i think that said amount is more than fair for a player with just a year left on his contract.
