Haha, your living in fantasy world where you believe that every Kenya who emigrated end up being a surgeon or a university lecture. Remember the maids and porters in Arab world, there Kenyans there. The school teacher and sale assistant in Tanzania or South Africa.

British council in Kenya conduct a survey on Kenyans youth which indicate 38% are willing and eager to emigrate to another country for work. Their reason are mention on this extract The survey conducted between September 2017 and February this year indicates corruption, crime, violence, insecurity and unemployment as main reasons why they would leave.

If you read the link below you'll realise most of the things I've been mentioning since yesterday, are also mentioned on this survey.

You are misinformed, I've read the report and understood well. What is the age bracket of the 38% that are willing to move? You'll realize that these are mainly youth of 24 and below. To me that's normal given the fact that youth are a curious lot. And you forgot to also tell us that the same youth are not only willing to move out but also within our very own country Kenya though in towns. Talk of the problems that you've pointed out in the report. Can you tell me which one amongst them isn't a problem for our brothers in the south. What if the same survey had to be carried out in Tz?.

I think I've mentions Kenya and Africa on my previous posts, this shows me me your haven't you've lost track of yourself.

If 38% of your youth are willing to go and transfer their youth and their knowledge to someone else economy, who will be left behind to feel the gap their, Cuban doctors? Chinese engineers? At what expense, maybe far greater than the one you could've use it to your young professionals.

Remember you are using the prefix 'if'. Meaning that what you are talking is not practical. Chinese engineers are not here forever. They'll eventually call it quits. Kenya is not a place where people will just seat and watch other people have their bread eaten as they watch. Wait until when the SGR has completed, it will be started by our activists then followed by demonstrations everywhere. Have you ever known why Cuban doctors are around?. First the government wanted to cushion the rampant industrial strikes that had crippled this sector. Second, Cuba as a country is ahead of us in the health industry so it something to do with knowledge transfer. Got it?.

Excuse after excuse after excuse, Kenya did sign on dotted line for belt and roads with the Chinese, so stop the rhetoric and embrace Kenyan new ethnic group known as Han. If you couldn't kick out the British and Indians (who btw are the one running the economy today), you've no chance to kick out the Chinese who are more rich and powerful. I'm glad Kenya is embracing Mandarin, because it will be very handy soon.

As for Cuban doctor consent, when gov was frustrating doctors, huge number of Kenyan doctors took off to work abroad. I was told that went according to plan, gov create confusion, doctors leave the country only to bring back remittance. Sweet and easy business at expense of tax payers. Isn't that a win win between gov and Kenyan medical personnel? .

Another evidence of a misinformed mind. How many Cuban doctors came in and how many Kenyan doctors left?. In that case as you claim, can we also say that Cuban doctors coming here are also a brain drain to Cuba now that they are in Kenya?. Understand that this Cuban doctors are also remitting cash back at home. You are right to say that Chinese are here for a long ovahaul, but within the confines of the agreement. But when the deal between us expires, we shall part ways accordingly. Of the whites and Asians, what is their ratio to that of the black Kenyans vis a vis wealth acquisition?. Your claim that they rule Kenya is nothing but a wish out of the blues. And again, so you mean Tanzania is a pure black territory without a pint of any other human race.
