Kuna usemi unasema "It's easy to get new customers, but hard to retain them"
What I know is Reputation is one of the pillar of a business in generating sales.
Nimepost hii kwa sababu ni mara kibao naona kwenye mitandao malalamiko ya wateja hasa katika makampuni ya simu, mabenki, na wengineo. Watu wanapost JF, kwenye social networks, review sites na kwingineko. Wanatoa kero zao, wengine hata kusemea vibaya kuhusu kampuni yenu, bado mpo kimya.
Posts zinakuwa indexed by Google, Yahoo, Bing or whatever, bado mpo kimya.
Prospective client ambaye huenda alikuwa na mpango wa kutumia huduma zenu hatoweza kwa sababu ya hicho alichokiona, na kuwatahadhalisha ndugu na marafiki zake pia wasithubutu.
Think twice businesses, you are loosing lot of money on advertising without listening feedback from really customers.

Kwa nini uruhusu wa watu waendelee kuharibu jina la kampuni yako?
Kwa nini msiajiri watu wa ku'deal na online reputation tu?
Mbona ni jambo ambalo sio geni?

It's not good kwakweli!
 
Shida ni kwamba waajiriwa wa haya makampuni hawako tayari kujituma kwenye kazi zao. Huenda watu hawapendi kazi wanazozifanya na hivyo hawako tayari kufanya kazi zaidi ya kile wanacholipwa!
