In Tanzania we have more than 40 vernacular languages which call money as "besa" that's mother tongue so if you don't know "pesa" derived from "besa" Tanzanians tribal word for money.

'Besa' is not a Tanzanian word. It is a Bantu word.
Even here in Kenya, Bantu speaking tribes like Kikuyu call it exactly that.
