That is right. Kama Mwenyekiti hana ubavu, Katibu Mkuu hana ubavu, same applies to CC ambayo wiki chache zilizopita ilipitisha uamuzi wa kuiunga mkono serikali kumlipa mabilioni. So CC is out of equation, wabunge yaani bunge forget it, ndio maana walimuondoa Sitta na kumuweka Anna Makinda, so bunge is also out of equation.

That means conventional means of dealing with Dowans problem is out of equation. Kwa hiyo ukiangalia kwa makini unaona wazi kuwa Jamaa ameweza kuiweka serikali, chama na mahakama under his radder. Dowans has invested a lot, so the time has come for the investment to pay. Kama ukitegemea bunge, mahakama, serikali au chama, then forget it.

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]I’m so tempted to outline how Rostam participated from the formation of an offshore company in Costa Rica up to the recent ICC case; or try to pen down the names of the other people in this syndicate that brought us Dowans some of which are very prominent officials. All that will just confirm that which few people know to be the case that behind Dowans, there is Rostam and indeed behind Rostam there is a group of very corrupt public officials and businessmen (some foreign). But I won’t go there for now, what I’m saying is that he should be the first to go while others follow behind. His time is up. [/FONT]


[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]I wish I didn't have to say this but I have to; Do us a favor Mr. Rostam, resign honorably (if honor has any meaning at all). Please take responsibility for the role you played in this whole mess and have the moral courage to offer this nation your apology for this encampment in the valley of a corrupt deal. But, before you leave would you please tell the nation that has given you so much whose interests do you stand for. [/FONT]

dowans scandal to the party was brought by kikwete executed by rostam,.....and not apologize for dowans but also EPA and he must pay back all the monies plus the 50% interest

Wizi wa kodi zetu na rasilimalia kupitia kagoda,meremeta,Richmond na DOWANS ni mdogo sana kuliko wizi halisi unavyoodelea serikali..kila kitu kinaliwa na mafisadi, sijui wanipeleka wapi TZ, sijui watoto na wajuu wetu watakuata nini?

Kama vyoooote hivyo tunavitegemea vimeshindwa, sasa waTZ tufanyaje?? Hakika hatuwezi kuacha UPUUZI huu ukiendelea kukomaa siku hadi siku. Basi tuutmie nguvu ya UMMA..au Jasili mmoja (natamani..ningekuwa na uwezo ningefanya mimi) ajitolee na sisi tutamuunga mkono kwa Nguvu zote.

Naami ingekuwa nchi za kiislamu huyu mtu wangekuw wamesha muua zamani sana, yaan hata kwa kujitoa mhanga wangempoteza duniani.
