Just the same way there's nothing in Rwanda apart from Kigali you fool.

And just for the record, Kigali is Rwanda's capital. How you expect it not to have some bit of infrastructural projects going on more than Nakuru town is beyond comprehension. Even South Sudan is poorer than Rwanda with even a smaller GDP but it's doing some infrastructural projects in its capita Juba probably more than even Nakuru town because it is the seat of the government, the face of the nation. Think before yapping
