Ndo maana watu wenye mapenzi mema na nchi yetu wanawapa tahadhari mapema. Kwa sababu kama hawatataka kuyakubali matokea basi wajiandae kulazimishwa kuyakubali. Na huo ndio upuuzi ambao watu wengi hawautaki kwa sababu madhara yake yatakuwa makubwa sana kwao na wananchi wasio na hatia.

Naunga mkono maneno yako kwa asili mia. Hatupendi kazi kubwa iliyofanywa na waasisi wa taifa letu kujenga misingi ya amani na utulivu ije ibomolewe kwa sababu ya watu kutaka uongozi kwa lazima. CCM chama changu, kama wana mipango hiyo basi watakuwa wamepotoka kupita kiasi. Mungu alinusuru taifa letu na mabaya ya aina hiyo.

Ila nadhani mwanga sasa umeuona kuwa hicho chama ki ukweli hakipo. Lipo genge fulani la wachumia tumbo wanafisadi nchi yetu na kutunajisi. Utapenda kuwa au wewe ni mmoja wao?

I wish members of TPDC were well informed to read JF, i'm sceptical because our military is still working the traditional way, i'm not sure if they know even the term internet ! I remember at one time they were surprised to see someone holding a flopy disket !! they alleged that it was not supposed to be held by a non military person. Beyond his comprehension the guy told them that the technology of flopy disket is already outdated !! while the military in other countries are sources of technological inventions ours are still doing exercise of breaking blocks with their bare hands ! that is absolutely ridiculous, Nowadays wars are fought using much of technology at disposal including GPS, GIS etc. Taking that into consideration our military need a new commander in chief who could establish a new direction for them, it will be at their own advantage

Naona watu hapa wanataka kuzuai jua kuchomoza na kuzama. Nakumbuka huu ulikuwa ni msemo maarufu sana wakati tukiwa JKT. Kwamba afande afanye lolote apendalo, lakini hawezi kuzuia jua kuchomoza na kuzama. Tuliitumia hii kuwapasha kuwa hata wakitutesa lakini tutawaacha tu twende zetu.

Na hawa akina Shimbo wanahitaji kulijua hili. Tanzania will be there, with or without JK and his fooled team.

Jamani hili jambo lisipuuzwe kabisaa.. lazima lichukuliwe kwa uzito wake. CCM inaiandaa nchi kwa machafuko baada ya kugundua kuwa wananchi hivi sasa wamechoka na wako tayari kwa mabadiliko. Kuna mambo makubwa matatu yametendeka katika hiki kipindi hiki cha kampeni yanayoashiria hali ya hatari kwa taifa letu.

• La kwanza ni lile tamko la chama tawala CCM kwamba katika uchaguzi huu ushindi ni lazima.
• La pili ni tahariri katika gazeti la serikali kuwa Dr. Slaa kamwe hatakuwa Raisi wa tano wa nchi hii.
• La tatu ni hili tamko la Luteni Jenerali wa JWTZ na kuwatisha Watanzania kwa kuingilia uhuru wao wa kuchagua.

Pamoja na haya tumeshuhudia katika kipindi hiki vyombo vilivyopewa madaraka ya kusimamia mchakato mzima wa Uchaguzi vikifumbia macho vitendo visivyofuata sheria na kanuni za uchaguzi. Kuna mambo mengi tu yanayofanywa na chama tawala lakini yamefumbiwa macho eti kwa sababu hakuna mtu au chombo kilicholalamika na baadhi yake ni;

• Chama tawala kuunda makambi ya vijana na kuwapa mafunzo ya kijeshi nje ya katiba ya taifa.
• Chama tawala kuvunja wazi wazi sheria za uchaguzi kwa kutozingatia muda wa kufanya kampeni.
• Chama tawala kutumia vyombo vya dola na serikali kuendeshea kampeni zake bila kuchukuliwa hatua.
• Chama tawala kuvitumia vyombo vya habari vya Umma kama TBC1, Daily News na Habari Leo kama vyake.

Haya ni baadhi tu ya rafu zinzofanywa na CCM lakini si Msajili wa Vyama, Mwenyekiti wa NEC, Mkuu wa Polisi au vyombo mbalimbali vimeweza kukemea. Sana sana ziko nyakati wameonyesha upendeleo wa wazi kama vile kupindisha sheria mradi tu chama tawala hakiguswi. Bahati mbaya haya matendo yamezidi kuwachochea wananchi wazidi kuikataa CCM na serikali yake na kudai mabadiliko.

Lakini hili la kutaka kulitumia Jeshi la Wananchi kututisha halikubaliki kabisaa na linafaa kulaaniwa na kukemewa kwa nguvu zote. Tunajua vyombo vya ulinzi vina bunduki na vifaru na badala ya kutulinda vinaweza kutumika kuwalinda watawala waovu, hivyo lazima tuchukue tahadhari mapema kabisaa. Jeshi letu litumike kutulinda na mipaka yetu dhidi ya maadui na siyo kupambana na wananchi.

Wana JF, tuangalie ni vipi tutapambana na hii hali ya hatari inayolikabili taifa. Nafikiri njia moja wapo ni kuandika barua kali ya kulaani na kuisambaza kwa wahusika ndani na nje ya nchi yetu. CCM lazima ijifunze kupitia historia na ikae ikijua kupambana na nguvu ya Umma wakiamua, ni sawa na kujaribu kulizuia Tsunami, ukijaribu usubiri kusombwa nayo.

Yes, Mchukia Fisadi, you made a point there. This fellow, General Shimbo is indeed at the centre of the "Evil Deal". His words are totally uncalled for at this point intime to any sensible person, but his remarks are "a blessing in disguise "to the Tanzanians who stand now as beneficiaries to the revelation of the wicked plan of defiling / sodomising the Election results.

The General should realize that it is clear to the public that it is the alliance between the Armed Forces and the ruling party- CCM, in view of their common interests; that will spark the bloodshed and anarchy in the post election Tanzania as they do not seem, or in actual fact are not ready prepared to concede defeat. Why? Because they have something in common to hid and defend for at any cost.

But let them be warned! It is foolishly easy to unleash chaos and bloodshed for their selfish end, but extremely costly to stop it should it happen and resume back to nomalcy. Let some countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, and what happened in Kenya and in the former Federal Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia serve as a lesson.

With regards to some members of the Armed Forces being surrounded by the BIG GUNS and all sorts of military machines thinking they are above par, I plainly tell them, IT IS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY!

Maintaining peace and harmony in our country should be our primary responsibility and it is in the interests of all of us, for the sake of all of us and; for our generations to come. But bloodshed and anarchy is detrimental to everyone of us from Masaki to Manzese kwa mfuga mbwa, from Michokeni to all 4 corners of our beloved country irrespective of status, positions, ranks, etc.

Let NOBODY therefore think of tempering with our peace and long term and highly celebrated stability that we have for all this long enjoyed.

May the peace of God Almighty that transcends all understanding be upon my country from now, to, and after the general election.

PEACE IS OUR TREASURE, PEACE IS OUR IDENTITY, LET US KEEP IT.

Oopps, are you telling the truth and the truth only! Haaaahhhhhhhh, could not help laughing!!!!

But you must distinguish the different cadres in the military! The commissioned officers are at least secondary school leavers and over the years the army has recruited a large number of graduates in different trades. I used to know an uncle who was very skilled in IT working for the army
and recent graduates from around Universities in Europe, Dar working with the army. But the non-commissioned officers have very low education generally!

A few weeks before the 2008 elections in Zimbabwe, the top generals of the armed forces: Chiwenga, Shiri, Sibanda, Zimondi, Chihuri, Muzariri, and Chedondo pledged allegiance to president Mugabe even before the election was held, and vowed to never salute Tsvangirai should he win the election, branding him a "sell-out of the west". On a more serious note, these generals pledged to use force to "restore the revolution" should Tsvangirai win that election. We all know what happened after that election.

However, this year, with Tsavangirai serving as the prime minister of Zimbabwe, the same general had to salute him during the heroes day

It is only a matter of time that General Shimbo and General Mwema will realize that their tactics are based on old and failed political theories. It will end up just like how the Zimbabwean generals came realize, although it was after they had created an uncalled for rift between them and the citizens they are supposed to protect, and therefore tarnishing their profession.

Blood thirsty leaders will always dare for more. History will judge JK and his gang of "mamuluki" if they lead our country to bloodshed. it's a convenient time to send a clear message to all the armed forces to stay away from politics, especially dirty politics of fisadis.

MM well done....I find this kind of writting rarely in our world and mostly in the first world countries. Had it been my newspaper in concern, I would prefer it on the front page instead of our so called head news which sometimes are more of boring articles rather than head news.

Let me be a little unprofessional by naming names but I'm for the truth, I do not have a problem with D. Mwamunyange of TPDF neither S. Mwema of the Police Force but my worry is O. M. Rashid of TISS. Remember in Kenya a person of his capacity changed the story......and some of us know very well that O. M. Rashid heads TISS by virtue of friendship and 'swahibaship' and definetely not by merits. He and others of his calibre who share his mentality wouldn't bother to consider this 'new piquancy' shown by Tzs in politics but rather to defend their regimes.

This writting by MM is one of the best messages to show our FORCES that we watch their actions in a close proximity. My joy here is not merely on considering the fact that Dr. Slaa has a high probability of winning but rather that the long waited hope of well wishers of our country that the cancer which has fatal consequences for our future is finally just about to be terminated for good. And that at least some one has written a noble statement of facts to wake up our commanders that they should act like they also have responsibility for the peace and harmony of the country.

May be.... for efficient transmission of the message, it should also be translated to Kinyamwezi and Kidigo....no no no I think Kiswahili will do.
