Saudi's Lashing Old Women; Is it Law or Religion?


Mimi naitetea Sharia na kama kuna kifungu sikijui hukumu yake nnakuwa mkweli na muwazi kuwa hiyo hukumu siijui kwani mimi si mwana Sharia, mimi ni muumin wa uIslam.

Na pia nimetetea sheria, na nimesema kama ni Sharia au sheria ndio iliyotowa hiyo hukumu ya viboko kwa huyo mwanamke basi ni sawa kabisa. Huyo mwanamke alitakiwa afate Sharia au sheria za nchi anayoishi.

Au hujui kusoma? au mradi ubishane tuu?

Jee, wewe unazijuwa sheria zote zilizo kwenye Biblia au for this matter za nchi unayoishi? Hata ungekuwa ni mwana sheria basi ng'oo.
 

Bible tunaisoma pale tunapoona mapadiri wanoana inabidi tuone, Jee hawa wachungaji wameamrishwa na Bible kufanya hivyo?

Tunapoona mnaabudu masanamu, basi tunafungua Bible tuone, jee haya ndio Bible inafundisha?

Tunapoona mnaingia makanisani na viatu, tunafunguwa bible na kuangalia jee haya ndio wanaofundishwa kwenye Bible?

Kwa mfano, umewahi kusikia kuwa Wamerekani wengi wametoka ukiristo na kuingia uIslam baada ya September 11?

Basi hao walisema hebu tuone huu uIslam ndio unafundisha haya yaliyotufika? wakachukuwa Qur'an na kuisoma, matokeo? khatar kubwa!

In Saudi, sharia ni sheria, dini ndiyo sheria, kwa hiyo swali is it law or religion jibu lake ni both.

"Hudud offence" means the offences of drinking alcohol, apostasy (ridda), adulter (zina), defamation, unchastity (quazf), armed robbery (hiraba), and capital theft.

PART XV
Adultery (Zina)
146. (1) Whoever commits the offence of adultery shall be punished with:
(a) execution by stoning where the offender is married (muhsan);
(b) 100 lashes where the offender is not married (non-muhsan).

Penalty for Capital Theft
171. (1) Whoever commits the offence of capital theft shall be punished with amputation of the right hand from the joint.

Penalty for Armed Robbery (Hiraba)
168. (1) Whoever commits the offence of armed robbery (Hiraba) shall be punished with:
(a) death, or death and then crucifixion...
(b) the amputation of the right hand and left foot...

PART IV
SANCTIONS
Death
27. (2) With the exception of Hudud and retribution (qisas) offences death sentence shall not be passed against any person who has not attained the age of eighteen or who exceeds seventy years of age. (Kitoto kikifanya Hudud kinaweza kupigwa mawe au kamba mpaka kife!)

Whipping
35. Except in offences of Hudud,
(1) No judgment of whipping shall be passed upon a person who attained 60 years of age or a sick person whose life would be endangered by whipping or whose sickness would thereby be aggravated. (Kizee kikifanya Hudud kinaweza kupigwa mbakora mpaka kizirai!)

Pardon of the Offence
38. (1) The execution of hudud shall not be remitted by pardon. (Hizo Hudud kwenye Sharia unaambiwa ukizifanya hata Rais hawezi kuku pardon. Unafaanya mchezo na Hudud!)

Kuna rapper mmoja wa Kikenya anasema "nendelee ama nisendelee.."?
 

Hizo ni adhabu za nchi lakini si Sharia, labda hujui maana ya Sharia! Nchi inayofata Sharia huwa haina Rais wala katiba. Endelea kusoma labda utaelewa.
 


Sharia's Law is Marehemu Muhammad's laws and not from allah wa waislam, as demonstrated by Marehemu Muhammad.

Allah decrees what He wishes by the tongue of Muhammad… (Sunaan Abu Dawud, 3.41.5112). The ayat above proves that the giver of the decree is not allah but Marehemu Muhammad. BY THE TONGUE AND NOT THROUGH/VIA.

Abu Musa reported the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) as saying: Make intercession to me, you will be rewarded, for Allah decrees what He wishes by the tongue of His Prophet. MAREHEMU MUHAMMAD ANATAKA KUABUDIWA KWASABABU YEYE NI ALLAH.

Mere belief in Allah does not make one Muslim, a Muslim must believe in Marehemu Muhammad; it is mandatory. Here we can see that allah is dependable to Marehemu Muhammad.

“The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him.” Bukhari: 4.52.260
“The Prophet said, “burn all those who had not left their houses for the prayer, burning them alive inside their homes.” Bukhari: 1.11.626

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 234:

Narrated Abu Qilaba: He then ordered to cut their hands and feet (and it was done), and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron, They were put in 'Al-Harra' and when they asked for water, no water was given to them."

Tabari VIII: 96.” Zyad tied her legs with rope and then tied her between two camels until they split her in two. She was a very old woman”

Ishaq: 595 “The Apostle said, ‘Get him away from me and cut off his tongue.”

Here are few verses which say that if anyone rejects Muhammad and Allah he/she will be thrown into hell–fire. On the other hand, whoever obeys Muhammad and Allah will reside in Paradise.

Allah has prepared a blazing fire for those who reject Allah and his apostle, Muhammad...48:13. Hapa tunaona kuwa Marehemu Muhammad is at par with islamic allah.

Whoever obeys Allah and Muhammad is guaranteed Paradise...48:17. Hapata tunaona kuwa Marehemu Muhammad has qualified to becopme associate allah and allah in charge.

A hadith in Sahih Bukhari tells us beyond a shadow of doubt, that whoever believed in Allah and Muhammad will be in Paradise… (Sahih Bukhari, 4.54.478).

Muhammad could change his rotation system with his wives as he wished; he is free to have sex with any women whom he had previous separation (Allah did this to please Muhammad)...33:51 This is one of the muhammads favor from allah. Lakini inashangaza kuona na sikia kuwa wanachapa kizee cha miaka 75, na kumwaga sifa teletele kwa fisadi Marehemu Muhammad.

Allah's angels send blessings to Muhammad; all believers must also send blessings to Muhammad (i.e. they must say peace be upon him after his name is uttered)…33:56

Allah curses those who annoy Muhammad; there is a humiliating punishment for annoying Muhammad (death for blaspheming Muhammad)…33:57. This is anothe wickedness of Muhammad. He brainwashed people, by telling lies.

Allah has cooled Muhammad's temper and purified his heart (removed his sins)...94:1-2

Sahih Bukhari tells us that Allah hurries to please Muhammad (Sahih Bukhari, 7.62.48).

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 48: Narrated Hisham's father:

Khaula bint Hakim was one of those ladies who presented themselves to the Prophet for marriage. 'Aisha said, "Doesn't a lady feel ashamed for presenting herself to a man?" But when the Verse: "(O Muhammad) You may postpone (the turn of) any of them (your wives) that you please,' (33.51) was revealed, " 'Aisha said, 'O Allah's Apostle! I do not see, but, that your Lord hurries in pleasing you.' "

Sahih Muslim also records Allah’s favour for those who take Allah as their Lord along with Muhammad as the messenger of Allah… (Sahih Muslim, 1.0054)

Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0054:

Let us read this verse.

Allah forgave Muhammad's past faults (Muhammad did commit sins) and future faults (Muhammad’s intended to commit sins)...48:2

Sura 34:50 Marehemu Muhammad say, "If I go astray, I go astray only to my own loss. Because he knew where he was going. HELL.

What they did to the old lady is (A 75 YEAR OLD LADY) wicked and proof that Islam is not Godly but satanic.

Hebu tuangalie, matatizo ya akili yalianzia wapi.

4:80. He who obeys the Messenger "BLINDLY" (Muhammad), has indeed obeyed Allâh, but he who turns away, then we have not sent you (O Muhammad) as a watcher over them. (Tr. Hilali and Khan, the Noble Qur’an). JAMAA WAMELAZIMISHWA KUWA MAROBOTI NA KUAMINI MAREHEMU BLINDLY.

Obeying Allah and the apostle (Muhammad) is the highest achievement…33:71 ALLAH IS AT PAR WITH MAREHEMU MUHAMMAD.

33:71. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds [ KAMA WALIVYO MCHAPA MIJEREDI KIKONGWE, HAYO NI MATENDO MEMA KATIKA UISLAM] and will forgive you your sins, NA MAREHEMU KAWASAMEHE DHAMBI KWA KUFANYA KAZI NZURI YA KUCHAPA VIKONGWE MIJEREDI. And whosoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and made to enter Satanic Paradise).

Muhammad is the only person to be obeyed or followed (blindly); Allah does not love the disbelievers...3:32

It takes no applied mathematics to discover that islam is bogus, fraud, and is not according to the laws of nature.

Was it God, or the devil, who killed every firstborn child in Egypt for the deed of the Pharoah?

Wewe kweli mvivu wa kufikiri. Ulishindwa kweli kubofya pale nilipokuambia ili upate data nilizokuwa nazungumzia? Ndiyo maana unangoja kuambiwa kipi ni Sharia badala ya kutafuta ukweli mwenyewe! Haya nakuwekea hizo statistics kwa uwazi zaidi.


Wapi nimesema Tunisia na Malaysia zinafuata Sharia? Nilichosema ni kuwa zina waislamu wengi. Kama zilivyo Maldives na Uturuki. Nilichosema mimi ni hiki hapa:

Mimi si muislamu kwa hiyo sina sababu ya kujielimisha kuhusu uislamu. Hata hivyo ninapoona kuna haja sisiti kutafuta ukweli kwenye vitabu vya kiislamu. Mimi hapa ninachopinga ni kitendo cha kumhukumu viboko mwanamke wa miaka 75 kwa kosa la kukaa sebuleni na watu wasio jamaa zake. Kwangu mimi hata kama ni Sharia au sheria iliyotumika kutoa hukumu, haibadilishi ukweli (nionavyo mimi) kuwa jamii inayoruhusu kitendo hicho ni ya kiovu na inastahili kukemewa na wote wanaopenda haki bila kujali dini yao.

Hizi ni amri zilizo katika Agano la Kale. Ninajitahidi kuzifuata lakini naangalia context. Ukiangalia,kwa mfano, hizi amri zililengwa kwa wanaume na si wanawake. Zililenga vile vile raia huru. Hazikuhusu watwana na watumwa. Hii kwa mazingira ya sasa haiwezekani maana tunaamini kuwa wote, wanaume na wanaume, watwana, watumwa na waungwana, wote tuko sawa mbele ya Mwenyezi. Ukiangalia tena mali zinazozungumziwa katika amri ya 10, ingawa zilikuwa na uzito mkubwa wakati ule kwa wakati wetu hazina uzito ule ule. Kwa hali hiyo tunachukua mali halisi, kuwa usitamani mali ya jirani yako. Mali ikiwa chochote alichonacho (iPod n.k.) na jirani kuwa mtu mwingine yeyote.

Lakini kama mmisheni mzuri, ninajitahidi kufuta hasa amri ambayo kiongozi wangu alituasi tufuate. Na ni hii hapa chini:


Kwangu mimi hapa ndipo sheria katika Biblia ilipotulia. Hauwezi kumpenda Mungu bila kumpenda jirani yako. Hauwezi kumpenda jirani yako halafu ukamchapa viboko kwa kukaa sebuleni na jirani zake.

Tofauti kati yetu ni kuwa dini yangu na yako ni kuwa ya kwangu inaniambia nitafute ukweli mwenyewe na kuwa siku ya hukumu nitahukumiwa kwa vitendo vyangu mwenyewe bila kujali kama nilielekezwa vibaya au vipi. Wewe uko tayari kutetea uovu ali mradi anayetenda ni wa dini yako na anadai kuwa ndivyo ilivyo katika vitabu vyenu. Watu kama nyinyi mkiambiwa mbebe mawe mkampige hadi kufa mwanamke aliyezini hamjiulizi kama kweli haki ilitendeka. Na siku ya siku ukija ulizwa mbona yule binti hakuwa na hatia, utajitetea ulifuata maagizo ya Imamu wako! Iko kazi.

Sina haja ya kujua sheria zote katika nchi ninayoishi. Ninachopaswa kujua ni zile zinazonihusu binafsi katika maisha yangu ya kawaida na ya kitaaluma. Ignorance is never an excuse.

Sasa kama unajitahidi kutafuta ukweli kwenye Biblia kitu gani kinakuzuia kutafuta ukweli kwenye Sharia? Nyinyi mnaangalia literal translation ya Bible, kitabu chenye waandishi wengi na kilichoandikwa katika nyakati tofauti. Ndiyo maana badala ya kuangalia ujumbe mkuu uliokuwepo unatafuta vitu kama ushoga, nafasi ya msalba na uvaaji wa viatu kanisani! Hivi kuingia kwa watu wengi kwenye dini nyingine kunahusiana nini na ukweli wa dini hiyo? Dini si league ya mpira ambapo klabu zinagombea washabiki. Hata kama watatoka wote kwenye dini iliyo ya haki, akabaki mmoja, haibatilishi ukweli kuwa ile ndiyo dini ya haki, Inaelekea wewe kinachokuongoza zaidi ni ushabiki na sio imani uliyonayo. Badala ya kujielimisha katika imani yako unachukua faraja kwa kuangalia wingi wenu! Ingekuwa wingi ndiyo ishara basi wahindu nao wangetamba! Iko kazi.

Kama alivyosema Kuhani. Ziweke basi hizo Sharia unazozijua halafu uttajie nchi unayojua wewe kuwa inafuata sheria. Saudi Arabia ina Mfalme, Iran ina rais, Sudan ina Rais. Au ni Somalia ndiyo mfano wa nchi inayofuta Sharia maana kule hakuna Rais wala katiba!
