Self advancement.

That: the smarter you get, the less you speak. You grow to realize not everyone is worthy confrontation. Your time is valuable. Your energy priceless. You won’t waste either on people who don’t deserve them. A

That: the only people who deserve to be in your life are those who treat you with love, kindness and total respect.

That: morality is doing right, no matter what you are told. Religion is doing what you are told no matter what is right.

That: it is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent that survive. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.

That: remember, most of your stress comes from the way you respond, not the way life is. Adjust your attitude, and most of that extra stress is gone.

That: Too many people are hungry not because there is dearth of food; it is because there is dearth of duty responsibility in human thinking.

That: Soft hearted people are not fools. They know what people did to them, but they forgive again and again because they have strong minds.

That: anger does seem to be used as invalid cue of guilt while being a valid cue of innocence.

That: it’s a simple truth: Life only gets better when you do. Work on yourself and the rest will follow. That: Count Your Blessings. Keep a daily gratitude list to help you appreciate what you have in life. Being thankful for things that are often overlooked on a daily basis yields countless benefits – studies show that people who are able to cultivate gratitude are more satisfied with their lives in general, and are even more physically healthy.

That: Say “No’’ “It may be just two tiny letters, but this is your gentle reminder that “no” is a complete sentence. Burnout happens easily so it’s essential to spend time refueling and safeguarding your own wellbeing. If you don’t want to go to a party, don’t go. If you feel overwhelmed by your workload, speak up. Self-care is not selfish.

That: Stop Comparing: “Comparison is the thief of joy.” Because we typically compare the worst we know of ourselves to the best we presume about others, comparisons are unfair. More importantly, though, comparison puts the focus on the wrong person. You can only control one life – yours.

That; Give power to positivity. Love yourself, love others and love this life. It is a gift to unwrap each and every day, to gaze upon with new and excited eyes.

That: Consistency is the key. Self-development doesn't happen overnight. It happens slowly and deliberately. Consistency is what creates truly meaningful change--and this is what makes the process so difficult for people. It's not that you pop and pill and you're done.
