it from a security failure perspective. All governments in KE, kuanzia siku za uhuru, have failed to protect the
lives of Kenyans. Be it in Garissa, Moyale, Kwale, Busia, Barigoi, central Kenya...the list is endless. Most of the
time all they give are excuses or unbelievable stories...like when they told us that Ouko set himself on fire then
shot himself. Unakumbuka hio?
