In fact, sex can benefit your health in many ways. Here are seven reasons to give and get a little love – not just this special day, but any time.

Good for the heart

Sex is good for your heart. Like any physical exertion, sex is a form of cardio-exercise, which gets your heart pumping faster and helps it stay in shape. What's more, studies have shown that men who have sex two or more times per week cut their risk of a fatal heart attack by half.

Helps you lose weight

Like any form of exercise, sex helps you lose weight. Having sex for 30 minutes can burn off 85 calories. To put that in perspective: 15 minutes on the treadmill could burn up to 200 calories; 42 of these half-hour sessions, then, could shave a pound off your weight.

Boosts your immune system

While it's possible to contract a wide range of diseases, both from sex and from simple contact with others, safe sex between healthy partners can make you better equipped to fight illness.
Those who have sex once or twice a week have been shown to have higher levels of immunoglobulin A or IgA, an antibody which helps protect you from respiratory diseases like the cold and flu.
Don't go overboard, though – in studies, those who had sex three or more times a week had the lowest levels of antibodies.

This is a lie........................I know a couple of people who have it on daily basis but they still stumble on flu and coughing allergies for years without respite............sex improves on stamina and breathing but not preventive of lung or respiratory ailments...........

The problem here is correlating frequency of sex in a single session with attributes of a healthy heart......................the reality remains a healthy hearty may be a plus not only for men but to women too........the issues is really not about how many rounds but the duration of those rounds.................30 - 45 minutes a session is more valuable than two rounds lasting less than 15 minutes.........................remember it is all about heart beats......................or pulses and the ability to regulate them regularly ...........................like any exercise...........sex with a desirable partner will definitely be a huge heart stress reliever and a bonus to longer and endurable health.............................

Any unnatural habits to sex is a minus.....as far as good health is involved...................because you will never be able to emulate what an opposite sex partner can do to you both physically and emotionally..............................even if your imagination is as fertile as the chicken dungs..............addiction to masturbation may lead to even more stress and that could lead to heart or chest pain and associated heart failure............ nyeto junkies are known to be antisocial and difficult to deal with because they have shut down all the need to develop social skills necessary to engage and reap the tangible benefits of interactions with the opposite sex................................masturbation is too dangerous to your health................

In this context I agree with you. Even gym exercises become effective only if you perform for more than 30 minutes. Scientific researches have shown that in the first 30 minutes the body uses the available food. After 30 minutes is when it starts using the food stored behind the skin and thus, burning the excess fat. Following your argument I as well consider it true for sex.

it can not be ways because ways refers to style of doing sex while reasons are justifications of getting laid in the first place.................enjoy your sex as it last Lukoko..........................

Some studies report that, nyeto is as healthy as a normal sex, but it should not be taken in excess. Health problems such prostate cancer are reported to be well prevented through nyeto. There are no health risks reported from nyeto so far.
