We can't come back to you because we shall never get diesel SGR in our life time, that is far below our standard currently, we are not comparable in any way.
My point is, you will have twice the number of required trains. If cargo trains required are 50, then you will have 100 cargo trains, 50 diesel engine and other 50 electrical. Economically it doesn't work, operations cost will double, nor businessman would like to use SGR.

Anayebisha apitie hii clip kuona how rail design maters most!No, The Cable height for elecrifying a locomotive is standard, once you double stack it means you also play with the height..not possible..or too much complications especialy on areas that require railway switch.
