So what? How many foreign presidents visit Africa? And how are you certain they are going to talk about SGR? My friend, these visits are for boosting bilateral ties.

The SGR is not a government project. If you could have told me a consortium of private companies with ties to the SGR were visiting then I would buy into it. But as always, yours is propaganda.

Kenya SGR was meant to be Chinese showcase project to show the rest of Africa that they can take big projects and deliver. But now more n more African countries are being skeptical with Chinese's intention. First their project turn to be expensive when you look at $ value to what your getting out of it, and second lack of local content considering everything comes from China including wafagiaji na wazoataka.
